The location was truly lovely, with a beautiful view of the marina. The service was excellent – our waiter was extremely attentive and friendly, which really elevated the experience. Unfortunately, the food didn’t quite meet expectations. From the starters, the beef tartare was excellent, but the tuna tataki was rather underwhelming. For the main courses, the fresh truffle garnish was a nice touch visually, but its flavor got lost in the dish. A major disappointment was the “breaded oysters” – I was expecting fresh oysters, but what we received resembled small schnitzels. I would recommend sticking to more classic preparations rather than experimenting too much. Overall, a great spot for the atmosphere and service, but I’d be selective with the food next time.

Host koji nas je docekao je bio izrazito neljubazan i otresit nakon sto smo usli unutra i pitali za jelovnik koji nije bio izlozen na vidljivom mjestu nego odlozen na stolu. To sto je spica sezone ne opravdava takav odnos prema musterijama.

Dined here October 2020. I was staying in Zadar (from Canada) and this was the restaurant many locals recommended though they warned it was expensive. In comparison to Western prices I found my meal to be a steal at under a $100 for a 5 course tasting menu and a glass of wine. My server was knowledgeable and aattentive and the chef sent out some additional complimentary amuse bouches for me. I found all of the food to be absolutely delicious. The restaurant was quite empty due to covid and it being off season but it was a nice atmosphere and they played Jazz renditions of modern songs which was very soothing. The restaurant is right on the water however the patio was closed at that time of year. Would love to return.

Sehr schickes und feines Restaurant im Süden der Altstadt von Zadar an einem kleinen Bootshafen gelegen. Feine Küche, gehobene Preise, aber alles erstklassige Qualität, vom Wein bis zum Fisch. Habe bisher in Mitteldalmatien nirgendwo besser gegessen.
