Disappointing. Good local wine, waitress knowledgeable and friendly. Food average, service extremely slow especially considering it is a set menu which had been pre-booked. Head waiter very dismissive when we pointed out we had waited 2 hours for our mains, left before dessert. Paid full price.

Osoblje jako ljubazno, predivna lokacija, preporuka ako možete rezervirati stol kod prozora jer je predivan pogled. Jedino me malo iznenadilo da se u 18h poslužuje samo jelo koje nude na ponudi dakle nema izbora s jelovnika. Bilo bi svakako bolje da se to i naglasi prilikom rezervacije kako bi znali da tada nema previše izbora oko hrane. Ulaz u dvorac se ne plaća ukoliko imate rezervaciju za restoran.

We were lucky enough to be seated by the window which afforded one of the best views from a restaurant in Europe. The service was lovely; very adept without pretension. Food was top class and Slovenian wine is to be recommended. We plan to return!

Food is ridiculus overpriced for portions that are for some NY high clas vegi damsel! We travel a lot and this restaurant is realy not on a level to have such a prices for this location. Also the menues were like ordinary nothing special and again our kid was hungry, you actualy pay for location and view if you are lucky and get the table at the window…

First thing, when we got there , there was techno music playing, nowhere near reasonable for that kind of ambience. Whe had corporate dinner with bunch of our colleagues. Three course dinner, with soup which was interesting, cause inside were greeen apples, but also a trout caviar ( totally without any purpose in that soup), main course should pink-roasted veal loin fillet, but it was so dry and heavy to cut, and demy glace sauce had a taste of something that burned in a pot. Desert was ok, but nothing spectacular. I had big expectations, cause I know that chef is Michelin star quality chef. Big disappointment 😞

Incredible Slovenian food with a magical view of Lake Bled. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable, the wine and food were excellent. You get the entrance of the castle included when booking too!

Took a visit to the restaurant during "The week of restaurants". Unfortunately, the visit hasn't gone as expected. First, they lost our reservation in the system (I had the confirmation on email), but they quickly assigned us to a free table. The food was very good until the main course, where the so called slowly baked pork ribs already came smelling lightly burnt. Obviously, the top and bottom of the ribs got toasted a bit too much, far away of being baked slowly - it was hard to cut through with the knife and needed a bit too much of the persuation (chewing) in the mouth. Ok, it happens... BUT.. if the waiter asks if all was ok, an answer of Yes should not be taken for granted... I said no, the ribs were overroasted, but there was no response from the waiter, nothing... Then the second waiter did the same when I asked for the bill... I could only imagine what would Luka say if he was served by such dish. Looking back, we should have requested a new set of ribs... I have had this experience twice at Jezeršek chain (once at 'Dvor Jezeršek' and this time at Bled castle) and nowhere else. I am concluding that this is not an exception anymore and will avoid Jezeršek in the future.
