We were a small party of six and had a fantastic experience at Amici Cafe-Bistro. We ordered the Rib-eye Steak, Cannelloni with Spinach and Cheese, American Burger, Bruschetta with Salmon, Dalmatian Salad, and Tiramisu: every dish was excellent! The service was equally impressive: friendly, attentive, and professional throughout. Highly recommended! We will be back for more…

Absolutely Terrible Experience – Avoid This Place From the moment we walked in, the service was non-existent. We were completely ignored by the staff throughout our visit. No one came to check on us, ask if we needed anything, or even acknowledge us properly. When my boyfriend politely tried to ask a question, he was blatantly ignored. I said “excuse me” to one of the staff members, and instead of responding, she turned around, gave me a dirty look, and walked away without saying a single word. It was incredibly rude and unprofessional. When the food finally arrived, the waiter basically threw the plates on the table without a word. No greeting, no explanation, nothing. It felt like we were an inconvenience just for being there. To make things worse, the food was disgusting – poorly prepared, unappetizing, and definitely not worth the money. This was honestly one of the worst dining experiences we’ve ever had. The attitude of the staff was unacceptable, and the food was equally disappointing

Apsolutno nevjerojatna hrana i nevjerojatna atmosfera! Svako jelo koje smo probali bilo je prepuno okusa, prekrasno prezentirano i napravljeno od visokokvalitetnih sastojaka. Usluga je bila ljubazna i pažljiva, što je pridonijelo cjelokupnom prekrasnom iskustvu. Ambijent je bio topao i ugodan—bilo da tražite opušteni obrok ili živahni večernji izlazak, ovo mjesto ispunjava.

Very Slow ! We were a group of 8; after 1 hour of waiting.. finally the order arrives .. and guess what, the order was missing 3 items .. !! We ordered 5 omelets ! He got furious when we said we won’t pay .. we told him we have a long road to Split .. anyways .. a female waiter came in the end and apologized instead of him and offered us dessert .. or coffee to go .. but we were too late .. After we paid cuz we didn’t want to make a big fuss about the situation .. he finally came & said Sorry 😅 Thank You .. hope you improve your service .. !!

Personale gentile. Abbiamo preso due panini togliendo degli ingredienti che poi ci siamo ritrovati lo stesso (in minima parte) nei panini. Il bacon era verde e aveva il gusto di pancetta, il cibo dava un senso di precotto. Abbiamo poi ordinato delle patatine cheese e bacon dove abbiamo poi trovato parmigiano grattugiato. Prezzi giusti

We visited Amici Cafe Bistroand were absolutely delighted! The **Bolognese Lasagna was perfect flavorful, and authentically Italian. The portion was generous, and the ingredients tasted fresh. The service was friendly and efficient making our meal even more enjoyable. The bistro’s atmosphere was cozy and invitingn,ideal for a lunch with friends or family. We’ll definitely be back—highly recommended for anyone who loves genuine Italian cuisine! 👌

Lovely restaurant in the shopping mall (nicely air conditioned!). Food was very yummy - I had the Caesar salad and it had loads of chicken so I barely finished it! The lasagna was also delicious. Atmosphere was quiet but not beautiful, being in a shopping mall. The service was fine but the waiters seemed quite busy so we had to wait a while for them to come over a few times.

Very rude owners. Made me wait an hour for the bill after asking multiple times and it being less than a quarter full. I had medication I had to go back to my hotel to take and they didn't care. Food was alright but really rude people who own this place

Endroit qui ne vend pas forcément du rêve au premier abord, c'est un restaurant de centre commercial en bord de route. Nous avons pris deux pintes de bières locales, deux salades fraîches composées et 2 portions de frites pour un total de 25€/personne. Le repas était bon, rapide et efficace, pour un prix qui reste raisonnable pour Dubrovnik(ce qui est rare...).
