Al Capone je pizzerija in špageterija v zgornjem nadstropju nakupovalnega centra Citypark. Ta prijeten prostor vas bo očaral s slastnimi vonjavami po pizzi in mediteranskih dobrotah, ki kar vabijo, da se ustavite in si privoščite eno najbolj priljubljenih jedi.

Restavracija Al Capone se nahaja na naslovu Šmartinska 152, v nakupovalnem centru Citypark v Ljubljani. Smo del skupine Megasist d.o.o. in se zavedamo, kako pomembno je zadovoljstvo naših strank.
Za rezervacije nas lahko pokličete na telefonsko številko 01 541 00 61 ali pa nas obiščete osebno. Vabljeni od ponedeljka do sobote med 9:00 in 21:00 ter ob nedeljah med 9:00 in 15:00.

With more employees than full tables they served us cold pizza after 40min wait. The tables far away from the bar are marked as reserved so that employees don't have to walk too hard. Stay away if at all possible.

Extremely slow service, even when almost no one is here (more employees than guests). And I think they misunderstood, what is best served cold. Hint: it's not pizza.

Lets start with the good things shall we. Good thing. They served Cockta, that was the only thing that was good. Barely 10 minutes after I ordered out comes the food. I order the same thing at a different restaurant and it will take over half an hour, which to me is a good enough waiting time because it proves the food is fresh. The Spaghetti Bolognese tasted like it came out of a packet and was piping hot. 5 minutes later it is almost 10 below 0. Tasted like nothing. Service was the worst I have experienced so far, more on that further on. The greek salad which I asked for on the side was the worst I have experienced as well, the olives were soft and squishy and tasted awful as well as the rest of the salad, barely had any dressing on it and had no taste. To make matters worst the utensils to eat with only came 5 minutes after the meal was served. No dessert menu. After my sad excuse for a meal was over, I had to wait over 15 minutes before anyone came and took it away and produced the bill, during that time, waiters were sitting down at tables and having conversations, with only 2 actually doing anything. 1 of which was serving meals and the other was clearing tables, I think the clearing of 3 tables out of an odd 50 isn't much of a deal and could wait, or get one of the other waiters to do it. For all they know we could've gotten up and left, they wouldn't have known. 28 euros for a Spaghetti Bolognese, 2 Greek Salads, 1 for me, one for my mum, a coffee, a water and a Cockta wasn't worth that. Improve the service and food, if I consider returning.
