Wir waren heute wieder im Mofardin. Ich hatte auf einer Radtour vorher reserviert (unbedingt zu empfehlen). Ja, die Preise haben angezogen, aber die 26€ für ein Filetsteak sind im Vergleich zu anderen Restaurants noch im Rahmen. Die Konoba hat ein Motto: Nema Stressa - was übersetzt heißt „kein Stress“. Das bedeutet, dass einige Dinge auch mal länger dauern. Wer das nicht möchte, sollte den staubigen Weg nicht auf sich nehmen. Man bekommt aber eine chillige Atmosphäre in einem ländlichen Ambiente und ein gutes ländliches Essen. Wir hatten eine Portion Muscheln als Vorspeise und Calamari vom Rost sowie Domaci Kobasice (Bratwürste). Die Calamari machten zumindest drn Eindruck von Wildfang und die Würste waren gute handwerkliche Metzger Bratwürstchen. Sehr lecker. Der offene Wein ist ein lokaler Bauernwein. Hat also von Jahr zu Jahr unterschiedlichen Charakter. Der Malvasia (weiß) ist dieses Jahr zu empfehlen. Der Service war zuvorkommend. Ein Kellner war definitiv noch in der Anlernphase, aber bemüht. Bei den jungen Kroaten ist Englisch verbreiteter. Der Chef spricht aber deutsch und kann aushelfen. Er ist schon ein spezieller Typ (nema stressa), aber unfreundlich haben wir ihn nur erlebt, wenn jemand unentspannt wurde. Wer schnell die Rechnung braucht, kann gerne zur Theke gehen und bezahlen. Am Tisch bekommt man halt erst einmal einen Schnaps und dann auch irgendwann die Rechnung. Ich bin im Urlaub und nicht auf der Flucht. Das T-Shirt mit dem Firmenmotto hab ich inzwischen auch 😉… Ach ja, gezahlt wird bar. Ich hab zwar immer die Idee, dass Kartenzahlung mal ging, aber aktuell nur Cash.

Aufgrund der vielen Empfehlungen haben wir das Lokal besucht. Die Speisen, die ohne Vorbestellung zu bekommen waren, waren eher unspektakulär - der Service ebenso. Es wird Flaschenbier ausgeschenkt. Alles in allem hat sich die Anfahrt über den Schotterweg für uns nicht gelohnt.

Abbiamo trascorso un weekend meraviglioso. Il.posto è veramente bellissimo, guardino curatissimo immerso nella campagna a pochi passi da una spiaggia non attrezzata. Abbiamo mangiato soprattutto pesce, cotto sulla brace ma anche carne e una minestra di bobici memorabile. Gestori molto simpatici. Luogo per chi ama il rustico autentico.
