A few years ago you were almost unable to find a decent burger, but fortunately time has changed. This time we visited Lars & Sven Burgers in Ljubljana. We ordered a Sven burger and our conclusion is that their burgers are phenomenal! Burger buns were very nice and fresh with that beautiful shine on the crust. Meat was evenly grilled with a nice smokey flavor to it. But the biggest surprise was that delicious onion jam and we are sure that it would bring a smile on anyone's face. Bacon was nice and crispy. For the best expirience we recommend you try out one of their burgers with a side of fried potatoes, big glass of Bevog Tak beer and truffle sauce which is an absolute must! Foodie recommends that you pay them a visit and enjoy some really great burgers.
