If I had to do the whole process order through again. I would not order parts from them. The first of all you pay an import shipping tax on all your stuff. Which they don’t tell you about very clearly up front. Their custom configure for your custom Water loop does not give you all the parts necessary to finish. So, you end up waiting longer for more parts and paying more money. Once I built my PC and had everything connected. The jet plate moved around in my GPU water block. I contacted them and they said it was my fault that the jet plate they installed had moved. There is no literature on how to remove and disassemble the GPU water block. They just tell you good luck!

Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever ran into. The communication is absolutely horrible and what is worst they won’t really do anything about it. Whoever made their policies need to go back to business school. I can’t believe how horrible of a service I had to deal with. I would’ve never gotten my parts if I didn’t actually email them where they are at. Ridiculous.

Updaten02/2021 Well I had a little issue with an RGB strip which just shorted. Fast and great help from EK. I just had two problems over time and Im realy happy how fast this company is helping. Old review: Im realy supriced by the service this company is providing...i hope that success will never ever lead in to greed in this company. The service 2015 to 2018 was great hope you will continue like this... I seriously thinking about calling it swiss quality...well slovenia is somehow called little switzerland because of the mountains and the small size XD. Greetings from switzerland.
