Very cosy apartment, very kind staff, close to the lake and many restaurants around. Free parking with enough of parking lots. Excellent breakfast served to the room with variety of dishes, more than enough of everything. They let us park our car even after checkout for a few hours - many thanks for that. I would love to return there again.

Saubere Unterkunft mit freundlichem Personal und sehr umfangreichem Frühstück. Leider auch ziemlich teuer, das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis passt meiner Meinung nach nicht.

Un appartement convenable pour 5, un petit déjeuner excellent, un personnel très agréable, un parking gratuit et accessible, et en demi pension, votre repas du soir est servi au restaurant Central à 100m de l'hôtel et ce dernier est très bien. Nous avons passé 6 nuits extraordinaires en famille dans l'appart-hôtel Gaja à Bled, Slovénie, accompagné de notre petite chienne. Ce séjour a été tout simplement parfait à tous points de vue. L'appart-hôtel est idéalement situé, nous permettant d'accéder facilement aux principaux sites touristiques et de profiter pleinement de la beauté de Bled. Le centre-ville, les restaurants, le lac et les activités sont tous accessibles à pied, ce qui est extrêmement pratique et agréable. Le parking voiture en plein centre est un grand atout, rendant nos déplacements bien plus agréables et sans souci. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillis avec une grande amabilité et un contact exceptionnel. 100% du personnel est toujours disponible et prêt à aider. Leur gentillesse et leur dévouement ont été très touchants et ont rendu notre séjour encore plus spécial. Chaque matin, nous avons pu déguster un petit déjeuner copieux et varié, parfait pour bien commencer nos journées de découverte. La qualité et la diversité des produits proposés et les spécialités locales ont su nous ravir. L'appart-hôtel Gaja est donc idéal pour découvrir la Slovénie. Grâce à la proximité de l'autoroute, nous avons pu facilement faire un saut à Ljubljana pour la journée, ce qui a été une expérience supplémentaire très appréciée. Cette facilité de déplacement nous a permis de profiter au maximum de notre semaine. À noter, l'absence de climatisation et de volets. Cela n'a en rien gâché notre séjour, tant la qualité de l'accueil et des services proposés étaient au rendez-vous. Cet appart-hôtel à Bled est une véritable perle rare que nous recommandons vivement à toute famille souhaitant passer un séjour mémorable en Slovénie. Nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

We’ve stayed here for two nights. The personal is very nice and helpfull, the room was gorgeous, clean and modern. In the room is everything you might need. We had great view from the balcony. The breakfast was big, everything was good and there was a big variety of food and even picky eaters could choose. Overall if u could give 10 stars, i would.

Geweldig! Fijne service, vriendelijke mensen en een top ontbijt. Ligging is prima, 3 minuten lopen naar het meer en restaurants.

EDIT The response from the owner is completely incorrect: 1. They were not actually there. One of their team was very rude and dismissive. I, calmly, pointed this out to them. I did not arrive in a 'bad mood' (again, how would they know this?). There is a difference between a customer asking for what they paid for (me) and someone being rude (not me) 2. I ordered a 2 bed apartment and asked for a Lake view. They did not tell me that the Lake view would only have 1 bed. If they had, I would not have taken it. 3. They only contacted Booking.com because I asked them to (they are implying I was rude , so they wanted me to leave) - this is also not true. The owner actually refused to cancel and I had to ask her to call Booking.com ------------------------------------ We booked a 2 bedroom apartment and emailed asking for a view of the castle. They confirmed this. When we arrived it was a 1 bedroom and the man was very rude, saying it was all our fault (it wasn't) In addition 2 or the 3 keys for the room and complex had been lost which meant we would not be able to go out separately, only as a 4. Again, very dismissive 'not their problem' They offered a refund, then changed it to a partial refund which is totally unfair.

We book one bedroom apartment and everything is absolutely fantastic.Aparartment is spotless clean,everything is new,parking is provided for free on the property. Lake is couple minutes walk from here. Breakfast is huge and mixed sweet and soure.Stuff is wonderful,kind and very helpful.We will definitely come back.If I can I would give them 100 stars 🌟 If you book this place you will happy 100%.Absolutely love it❤️

Lovely bright clean apartment, great quiet location 5 minute walk from the lake, and a fulsome if rather indulgent (think lots of cold meat, sausage and cheese) breakfast served in your apartment. Free parking and dog friendly, with very friendly welcome by perhaps the owner who we saw quite a lot as he mentioned it was difficult to find staff! we could not recommend this aparthotel more highly.

Bellissima scoperta soggiorno impeccabile servizio eccellente grande cortesia da parte del personale. Stanza pulita e accogliente dotata di cucina autonoma. La colazione nulla da aggiungere la foto parla da sola. 😁

Wir waren keine Gäste sondern nur spontan zum Frühstück hier. Es war ein tolles Frühstück, sehr vielseitig und reichlich. Dazu die netten Besitzer, kann man wirklich empfehlen.
