Villa Seven Hearts is a remarkable project born from the collaboration of two innovative designers and a Croatian family, aimed at creating a harmonious blend of modern technology, comfort, luxury, and relaxation. Nestled amidst the natural beauty of the Croatian coastline, the villa offers breathtaking views of the Adriatic Sea and is surrounded by lush olive groves, majestic mountains, and picturesque vineyards.

Located on Gardijskih brigada street in Kaštel Stari, the villa enjoys a tranquil hillside setting that is within easy reach of local amenities including supermarkets, restaurants, and beautiful beaches. With the vibrant cities of Split and Trogir just a short drive away, guests can easily explore the rich cultural offerings of the region.

Booking Information

Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. For July and August, a minimum stay of 7 days applies with a changeover day on Saturday. During other months, a minimum stay of 5 days is required. A deposit of 30% is due at the time of booking, with the balance payable one month prior to arrival. A security deposit of €1,000 is also collected at check-in.

House Rules

To ensure the safety and enjoyment of all guests, the villa has certain house rules. Guests are responsible for their belongings, must respect quiet hours, and adhere to guidelines regarding the use of the villa's amenities. Smoking is only allowed on the balconies and in outdoor areas, and pets are not permitted on the premises.
