The water is crystal clear and perfect for swimming, although it gets deep very quickly — something to keep in mind, especially for families with young children or less confident swimmers. The facilities are a bit limited. There are no permanent restrooms, only portable toilets (Dixi), which can be inconvenient. On the bright side, the showers and changing cabins are clean and well-maintained. Food and drinks at the beach are on the pricier side: a Coke costs €5, and a cappuccino is €3.60. It's worth planning ahead if you're spending the whole day there. Overall, Zjan Beach offers a pleasant seaside experience with clear waters and decent amenities, though there’s room for improvement in infrastructure and pricings.

The beach is completely updated and absolutely amazing with what has been done. There is so much to do and is great for families.

Ogromna plaża z dużą ilością miejsca dla turystów nawet w sezonie, spory wybór barów z piwem/kawą, morze z płytkim brzegiem. Jedyny minus plaży to mała ilość tolaet dla plażowiczów.
