I would say that everything is nice in this place except for service. Prices are quite high for the size of desserts that they serve but it’s not too bad compared to the treatment you get. The person at the counter was rather contemptuous. They made us pay at the counter and tips are supposed to be left right there, too, but it looks like they couldn’t care less for tips or the quality of the service. My husband was offered milk for his coffee and I was not, and no one asked me if I want my gelato in a cup or in a cone. Our order has been brought with the same attitude. Some tables were unattended and dirty when we came and remained this way for some time despite the fact that traffic inside was not heavy. The atmosphere inside would have been nice but everything felt artificial and uncomfortable after all. I was planning to buy something to go but thought it better. I honestly don’t know if I would go there again.

1st time here. I was attending a conference at the Royal Sonesta nearby and wanted something sweet. I was really looking for the traditional bakery with donuts and similar baked goods. I found croissants and other freshly baked items. They were all good.

Croissants were really good, you can tell the quality ingredients that they use. They’re not cheap, so that’s definitely a plus. It was a nightmare to find parking, and it wasn’t even rush hour. Suggestion; maybe add a pick up area? That would definitely work if you’re in a rush and don’t plan to stay to eat. Customer service was really bad.. Not a smile, not a “welcome” feeling. I had to wait for about 10 minutes to get my croissants.. I didn’t ask for anything special, did not ask them to warm them up. All they had to do was grab them and put them in a bag.. pretty simple right? There were 3 workers on the back, not busy at the moment, yet I had to ask them to please give me my food so I can continue with my day.. Management should look into stuff like that.

Wow. This is a really nice bakery attached to a killer hotel and an amazing car dealership. This bakery is completely new to me and it’s open late-ish. Good coffee, great croissants (chocolate), and the brown-butter cookie did not disappoint. The staff was really professional and polite. Would/will go back 100%.

Booked an afternoon tea on a weekend a few months ago. The food was very cute in its presentation but seemed to have been prepared the day before. Several pastries were soggy or just not that appetizing, and we left them unfinished on our plates. Was it just because we were a small party, or not staying at the hotel? For the price I’d expect a bit more. The service was not particularly attentive, but was kind. Eh, I’ll probably try a different spot next time I feel like tea. Everything is very photo-worthy though!

The pain au chocolat/chocolatine is amazing, as is the tiramisu and the lemon meringue. The chocolate mousse is very rich and dark, so if you're more of a milk chocolate person be sure to skip that one, but if you're into dark chocolate get two! I'm not a fan of cooked strawberry flavors, but even I could appreciate the red gem dessert. I cannot overstate that if the chef can get me to like cooked strawberries in a dessert, that is an *accomplishment*. The cheese aftertaste in the mango cheesecake was too strong for my coworker, but it was a good bite if you're not into overly sweet desserts, just be prepared for some depth of flavor and a little funk. I have yet to have the madeleines we got, but the coffee was amazing, too! I would be rating the food 10/5 stars.... but the banana bread I toasted up this morning was honestly terrible. It tasted faintly of fish and I have no idea how that could be managed- and it's so incongruous with the rest of the experience- so get literally everything else but skip the banana bread. To spite this, I'll still be recommending them to everyone who will listen! The sound bounces around a lot, so it gets fairly noisy inside, but the decor is so cute and the staff were not only *perfectly* helpful, but so polite and kind! I'd give the service a hundred stars if I could. I'm looking forward to getting the Crème brûlée next time!

Fantastic desserts. Our favorites are the gelato, chocolate mousse and macarons. Our kids think these are the best macarons and gelato in the city. Palmier was not good, wouldn’t recommend. Prices are high though and basically only parking option is valet. The short term parking is almost always taken up by valet which is frustrating.

Great place the desert amazing the only thing people with dietary restriction who does not eat. Pork does not have a lot of option since most of the dessert contain gelatin extracted from pork.

We came with a couple of friends on Saturday night , u would give it less stars but lets talk bout the good first . We enjoyed the pastries, Sorbet , Lattes and teas , We also enjoyed the 12am closing , good service . 🔴Now let’s talk bout the bad . almost $9 for a scoop of sorbet thats Crazy ! 🔴No parking ONLY VALET . 🔴the tea and coffee needs to be hotter . is just warm . other than that . i would recommend. is a nice area . im definitely coming back . Probably in Uber 😅jk .

I went to this place for a business meeting and everything was excellent! I fell in love with this place! The food, A1 service, and atmosphere were everything. You have to try the iced caramel latte with Almond Croissants and Macaroons. Delish!
