They have the friendliest staff I’ve ever seen. We were traveling to visit the city, and it was really busy in the store at the time since it’s the Christmas season. From the time we stepped into the shop till we get out of the shop, staff are really nice and polite, showed us a very nice feeling. Looking forward to visit Ljubljana again, as well as Malalan.

Unfortunately, the desired Tudor Model wasn’t available, when I visited. They had one reserved for a customer on their waiting list. The staff was so kind and contacted the customer just to ask, if he is still interested in the watch. Unfortunately he was :-) At least they take their waiting list serious, and are very kind and welcoming! Hopefully I can buy the desired watch there.

We are always happy to visit Malalan - lately my wife more than me (too looooong waiting list for watches). They are a family owned business for generations and traditionally a go to place to mark big delimiters in life. When ordering custom jewellery they can show you a lot od details from other pieces they have ready in the shop. Would recommend to everyone for a special gift to your loved ones (or yourself)!

Malalan is a great Rolex Dealer. They were able to get me a Rolex Milgauss only 1 month before they were discontinued! I now have my name in on another model and will patiently wait until one is available.
