Kmetija Šibav vas vabi, da preživite svoje najlepše trenutke ob kapljici plemenitega vina. Naša družinska tradicija vinogradništva sega skozi generacije, kjer je ljubezen do trte in vina globoko zakoreninjena v življenju ljudi iz Brd. Naš oče Olivo in mama Danica sta trdo delala v vinogradih, danes pa njuno delo nadaljujeta njuna sinova.
Visoka Kakovost Vina
Vsako vino iz naše kleti predstavlja trdo delo, predanost in spoštovanje tradicije. Naš pristop vključuje ročno nego vinogradov, kjer izvajamo rez, upogibanje, vezanje trt ter obiranje in predelavo grozdja. Uporabljamo tradicionalne metode, ki jih dopolnjujemo z novimi tehnikami za zagotavljanje vrhunskega okusa in kakovosti naših vin.
Turizem & Prenočišča
Na naši kmetiji ponujamo udobne prenočitvene namestitve s popoldanskimi zajtrki. Na voljo sta dve sobi, primerne tudi za družine, saj nudita ločena spalna dela. Obe sobi sta opremljeni z lastno kopalnico, internetnim dostopom, klimatsko napravo ter mini barom, kjer najdete naše vina in sokove.
Degustacije in Dogodki
V prostorih, kjer strežemo zajtrk, je možna degustacija naših vin. Prepričajte se o karakterju in edinstvenosti naših pridelkov. Naša trenutna izdaja, Šibav Cabernet Sauvignon, je strukturno bogato vino, ki s staranjem pridobi na harmoniji, nudijoč svežo aromo gozdnih sadežev.
Tradicionalna Vinsko Področje Goriška Brda
Goriška brda so zgodovinsko vinsko področje med Julijskimi Alpami in Jadranskim morjem, znano po svoji sončni in cvetoči pokrajini. Korenine našega vinarstva segajo globoko v preteklost, a so bile prekinjene med I. svetovno vojno. Danes se vinogradništvo na tem območju ponovno razvija, in to bolj uspešno kot kadarkoli prej.

An absolutely wonderful family-run vineyard. My husband and I stayed for one night at Sibav and the only negative aspect was having to leave! We did a wine tasting in the evening with Ljube and it was wonderful. The cellar is charming. All the wines are excellent and we had a lovely time talking about the wines and the history of the region with Ljube. The accommodation is lovely and the breakfast was fantastic; everything is homemade, from the juice to the honey to the olive oil and even the cellar-aged prosciutto. Absolutely amazing! A lovely location with excellent views and a region we already are looking forward to coming to visit again!

We woke up in a southeast-facing room with two beds, one on the mezzanine, with a steep staircase. At other times it was the stable where the cows and pigs were on the property. In it we settled myself, Fernando Boppré, Janaína Corá and our friend Juliana Hoffmann. They are visual artists; me, curator and writer. We are attending the Art Cycle International Meeting / Residence in the Goriška Brda region of western Slovenia.||Yesterday was just past one in the morning when we arrived from Venice. As we approached the Italian-Slovenian hills of Goriška (“Brda” means “hill”) we could begin to imagine the landscape even in the dark. Small villages two or three kilometers apart. In each of them there are properties dedicated to winemaking. Around them, inns, hotels, canteens, restaurants. The city no longer revolves around churches or military towers. The Yugoslav past and, more previously, the terror of First World War are behind us (not without leaving very vivid marks and memories).||Luckily, our hosts, Teja and Janez, parents of little Vid, greeted us with a warm "Boa noite/Good Night", demonstrating that they can speak great Portuguese (we are Brazilian and live in Southern Brazil). She soon showed dexterity with the Portuguese. He told us that he has been to Brazil three times to practice kitesurfing. Before saying goodbye to let us rest, after almost 2 days of travel between Santa Catarina, Sao Paulo, Frankfurt, Venice and finally Slovenia - she blurted out: I love the language you!||We woke up after nine o'clock and breakfast was served at a large table prepared with peach juice unrivaled in taste and freshness, eggs produced on the property, neighbor's honey, halved cherry tomatoes with balsamic vinegar, ham made by the Teja's father, apricot jam, cheese and butter. On the fruit platter, apple and the famous rebule grape, source of the most famous white wine of the region. We taste the grape: it is small, light and extremely sweet. I doubted such a sweet grape could make a fine wine. When I tasted it later, sitting in the property's garden, I discovered one of the most delicious wines I've ever had in my life.||Ljuba, Teja's stepmother, prepared the whole meal and showed a phenomenal sense of welcome.||After the tumbling glass of wine served by Miran (father of Thea, husband of Ljuba, head of the wine estate where we are staying, called Ŝibâv, pronounced “Chibau”) I already feel at home and I can start writing this travel journal inspired by Sartre's words: “It would be best to write down events day by day. It takes nothing to force but to note carefully and in great detail everything that happens.”

We loved everything - the room, delicious breakfast, great hosts, outside scenery, our evening walks ...||We spent 2 marvellous days exploring Goriska Brda and now we understand why this area is called #Slovenian Provence!||Sibav family was really nice and friendly and we would love to return to their place.

Am Rande der Weinbauregion Goriska Brda („slowenische Toskana“) liegt das Dorf Neblo. Hier bietet das Weingut Sibav zwei ruhige und rustikal eingerichtete geräumige Zimmer an. Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus.||In einem kleinen Kühlschrank findet man einige Weine des Hauses. Die Betten sind ausgezeichnet, aber die gemeinsame große Decke für zwei Gäste war für uns ungewohnt.||Die Sauberkeit war hervorragend, bei der Einrichtung und Ausstattung der Zimmer und des Bades sollte man allerdings keinen Luxus erwarten.||Das ausgezeichnete Frühstück mit wirklich köstlichen hausgemachten Produkten und frischen Eiern von den eigenen Hühnern wird in einem großen, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichteten Weinverkostungsraum mit tollem Panoramablick serviert.||Die Weine von Miran Sibav sind gut, und es wurde uns die Möglichkeit geboten, diese zu verkosten. Wir haben ein paar Flaschen mitgenommen.||Die besonders herzliche Gastfreundschaft von Ljuba und ihrem Mann möchten auch wir hervorheben. Sehr sympathisch.

We stayed at Sibav B&B for 2 nights. It is located on a very quiet street in the country. The room was basic and clean. There is no problem with parking. Miran and Ajuba are very hospitable hosts. There could have been more choices for breakfast but for us breakfast is not a big deal. The countryside is beautiful. There is a restaurant nearby and Smartno is not a far drive. Miran and Ajuba offer a wine tasting in the evening. It is interesting to hear about the wine making process and taste the fruits of their hard labor.

We stayed here for two nights. There was a good place to park our car. The room was great - clean, big, great view and had airconditioning. The hostess was amazing. She prepared a lovely breakfast and gave excellent suggestions for wineries and restaurants. To top it of, we had the best wine tasting in Brda at Sibav. She really took the time to explain everything. This accommodation is definitely worth staying! If you happened to already have booked another accommodation, it’s definitely worth visiting to do the wine tasting.

If you would like to wake up to the sound of the singing birds, this place is just where you want to be! Situated in a small village of Neblo and surrounded by vineyards, Farm stay Sibav is a perfect place to be your base while you are tasting locally produced food and wines and while exploring the beautiful nature of Goriska hills. |The accommodation is spotlessly clean, the beds are very comfortable and there is plenty of storage space for your luggage. The place is equipped with a small fridge, where we found a complimentary bottle of beautiful rose wine produced by our lovely, welcoming hosts.|The breakfast was really delicious and all the food and drinks served were home-made and locally sourced. We particularly loved the peach juice and apricot preserves made by our dear host Ljubica and the sweetest honey ever from a neighbor’s bee hives. I hope we’ll have a chance to come back for a longer stay.

we stayed here three nights out of our 12 night holiday. We had tears in our eyes when we left for our next destination. Ljuba (i think i have this right) made us feel like we were home. The bedroom was simple but perfect. a comfortable bed, beautiful views, a hayloft with another double bed. The breakfasts were delicious, Ljuba went out of her way to make sure we were well fed and with their own produce. ask if she has any kiwi marmalade! She talked to us about their vineyards and how the farm works with passion and about the country in general. I could have listened for days. On one day when it rained really hard in the morning she gave us lots of ideas for activities to keep us dry, and maps of hikes for when the rain stopped. Honestly, I really can't recommend this little farmstay enough.

We loved this place. The simplicity of the room was lovely with a hayloft style room up top. The breakfast was amazing, home grown and home made produce. The owners were lovely and we had long chats over breakfast and coffee. We will definitely return!!! We would highly recommend staying here. ||Thank you for your generosity||The Lees

Nous avons effectué une étape chez la famille SIBAV au cours de notre road trip en Slovénie et Nord de l'Italie en septembre 2016. L'accueil a été très chaleureux, et nos hôtes aux petits soins avec nous. Nous avons pu échanger sur la culture Slovène et surtout sur l'activité principale de la famille : la viticulture. Des moments passionnants et privilégiés. Cette étape a été un moment particulier de notre voyage que nous n'oublierons pas. Avant de quitter ce joli et confortable gîte, et si vos valises le permettent, n'hésitez pas à acheter quelques bouteilles auprès de Miran !
