We booked expecting it to be self catering but only had a room with a bathroom. I see from previous reviews that other people made the same mistake. It's not very clear when booking so be careful. There are some s/c studios and apartments in the block though.|There was a communal fridge but some of our beer disappeared from there. There should be a notice advising guests what the procedure is if you need clean towels or toilet rolls.|The small pool area is nice but not enough beds around the pool for all guests and there were several broken ones lying around which were removed during our stay. There were no umbrellas to shelter from the heat.|The complex is situated on a very busy junction. |It took us about 25 minutes to walk in to Zadar. The old town is lovely with plenty to do and lots of nice bars and restaurants. Recommend the speed boat island hop trip. Takes about 4 hours but but well worth it. We also did the tuk tuk ride around the city which was great! An Uber cost around 5/6 euros from the complex in to town.|There were 2 really nice restaurants across the road to the right of the complex near the shopping mall.|Mosquitos were a bit of an issue! We took loads of precautions but still got several bites so be warned!|All in all, we had a good time. Weather was very hot!

Przyjemnie przejść się z i do tej lokalizacji. Więc odległość od centrum- 30min marszu i plaży- 20min marszu, nie sprawia kłopotu. Po drodze Mc, dworzec autobusowy, galerie handlowe i Lidl. Pokoje nie najlepsze, ale czego szukać lepszego w tym, a nie innym przedziale cenowym, więc to zrozumiałe. Gospodarz uprzejmy, a kontakt z nim dobry choć tylko przez wiadomości na booking. Podłoga wydaje się być brudna, ale to może kolor kafelek daje takie wrażenie. Najważniejsze, że łóżka w miarę wygodne a pościel czysta. Co do okolicy- jest bezpieczna, jak cały Zadar z resztą.
