The apartment is well equipped with everything you need, and the large terrace is a great place to relax in the evenings. It offers a swimming pool and a green area, as well as convenient parking spaces. The location is comfortable and quiet. On the downside, the water heater is too small, so hot water runs out quickly. We also would have appreciated being informed in advance that bicycles were available. The apartment is a bit far from the sea, but the fact that bikes were provided made this much less of an issue. Overall, it's a lovely place to stay and I definitely recommend it.

Hotelanlage: - sehr ruhige Gegend - sehr moderner und guter Pool - Frühstücksbereich viel zu klein - zuverlässige, unkomplizierte und kostenlose Lademöglichkeit für E-Autos - sehr nettes Servicepersonal Appartement: - Einrichtung zwar generell modern, aber lieblos - Zimmeranordnung unpraktikabel (wieso ist ein zweites zu dem dazugehörigen Zimmer in der oberen Etage?) - Küche sehr schlecht ausgestattet (stumpfe Messer, kein Schneidbrett, keine große Schale für z.B. einen Salat) - Appartement durchgehend sehr gut klimatisiert - kein Ersatztoilettenpapier - Entsorgungsmöglichkeiten für 1 Woche wenig gut durchdacht - Fernseher ohne Fernbedienung (damit nicht benutzbar) - schlechtes WLAN - Essbereich in der Küche verwohnt und schon mehrmals geklebt und repariert - keine Waschmaschine (das wäre aber wichtig, insbesondere für einen längeren Aufenthalt) - Safe zum wegschließen von Wertsachen vorhanden, aber sehr klein (Laptop und Tablet kann man hier nicht unterbringen) - sonst sehr helles und saubereres Appartement

De buiten ruimte is perfect. De locatie relatief ver van het centrum en restaurants. Wij hadden een appartement in het oude gedeelte. Bij aankomst deed de douche het niet. Deze was snel gerepareerd. Het appartement had ook een muffe geur. Leek alsof we de eersten waren na een winter. De bedden waren erg zacht en sliepen voor ons daarom niet zo lekker. Buiten de 4/5 sterren waardig, binnen voor ons niet.

Odlicna lokacija u mirnom dijelu Poreča. Jako ljubazno osoblje. Smještaj kao na slikama. Odlican dorucak.Posebno nam se dopalo što objekat ima bicikla pa nismo morali nositi svoja, nisu naravno nova ali su sasvim ok i u voznom stanju. ako vam treba za obilazak grada.
