Il Ponte dei Macellai è stato costruito nel 2000; si nota infatti uno stile architettonico ed un uso dei materiali contemporaneo. E’ il ponte Lubianese dell’amore; gli innamorati hanno rinchiuso simbolicamente il loro amore con un lucchetto attaccato al parapetto del fiume e lanciato le chiavi nel fiume. Il Ponte dei Macellai è inoltre adornato da sculture dell’artista sloveno Jakov Brdar. Uno dei due ponti migliori di Lubiana.
