Booked an excursion with the rep who was also a tui rep at our hotel Grand park in dubrovnik tried to cancel because I found the same excursion with extras for half the price (Mostar with a stop at kravka waterfalls) when I tried to cancel a few days before the trip she said she was busy and to come see her on the Saturday, when I tried I found out she wasn't at the hotel on a Saturday but on a Sunday when I did see her she said I will get a full refund but could take a couple of weeks, after 3 weeks still nothing Tui got in touch with her and she said we weren't entitled to a refund as we cancelled too late. Her name is kristina absolute con artist we weren't the only couple she did this too either I would definitely not book an excursion with a rep in a hotel no more unfortunately I have to give a star otherwise it would of been 0.
