Fresh fruit, vegetables, clothings, souvenirs and many other items are available here. Not to mentions the very beautiful FLOWERS. The place is well organized by section, so shopping here is easy and the place is keep very clean. You can see the freshness of the fruits that are on sell here, and I am sure you will be buying one of the fruits of your like here. The price is very reasonable and you can just buy what you wanted. Even one (1) persimmon is okay. A must visit when you are visiting Lubjljana.

Wow! The fruits and the vegetables, organic. The place, too clean. Compared to the market in my home country, tsk tsk tsk. Very far. I hope, our market is as clean as this. Lot of space, lot of parking space. And a privilege to rent a bicycle to stroll around. This is an ideal market. Even flowers are included for sale in the market. I shared this picture when I returned home. I told my neighbors how neat the markets here in Slovenia. No foul smell of fish or meat or rotting vegetables. 5 stars from me.

Excellent place to do stock of your provisions they offer a lot of organic food from local farms. Beside vegetables you can also find meat and fish products. Lots of local restaurants will buy here food to run their restaurants. The open market also sells flowers and is sourounded with nice churches on both sides. Enjoy your visit if this lovely and lively place.

Sehr gut sortierter Bauernmarkt mit Gemüsen und Salaten, die man sonst nicht mehr bekommt. Preis-Leistung sehr okay. Empfehlenswert ist ein Besuch des Marktes am Freitag, wenn vor dem Markt die Offene Küche veranstaltet wird... Public Cooking vor der Markthalle, jeden Freitag ab 12 Uhr von März bis Oktober.
