Zvezdo obiskujem že 24 let. V enoti v Aleji pa sem bil danes prvič. Seveda sem naročil Švicarsko Rezino, žena pa Kremno Rezino. Danes je bila sladica sveža in polna koščkov jagod. Odlično.

Our experience at this cafe was extremely disappointing, warranting a one-star rating. Despite ordering cappuccinos and a cake, the visit turned sour when we were told our 10-year-old sister couldn't eat McDonald's fries due to the smell. Instead of accommodating, we were forced to have her eat outside while we enjoyed our coffee. This level of inflexibility and lack of consideration for customers, especially a child, is not only rude but also reflects a lack of professionalism. Having traveled extensively throughout Europe, this is the first time we've encountered such an unwelcoming attitude. A customer-centric approach should be a priority for any establishment.

Lovely place, fantastic coffee and tasty cakes. Staff is 50/50. Best team is if you come when both or one of two gentlemen work (today - 17.10. 2023 at approx 15:00). One taller, blond with glasses and one with dark hair gentleman. You'll see the difference and feel the excellence of professional waitering compared to others. These two gentlemen are highly professional, fast, with skills suitable for much more expensive locations. We love visiting this place, but especially when mentioned team works, since they bring a specific level, which is much more suitable for this place.

Kavarna Zvezda v Aleji me ob vsakem obisku takoj spravi v boljšo voljo. Okusna hrana, prijeten ambient in zelo simpatično ter prijazno osebje. Čeprav ni ravno poceni, se zaradi prej omenjenih razlogov sam zelo rad vračam.
