The owner serves and makes the food alone but it's all very well done and delicious. I ordered Takoyaki, karaage and iced genmai cha which came to €11 and were all lovely. The food came out piping hot and I wish I could have it again but unfortunately, I'm not a local. I would definitely recommend going there if you are in the area, especially if you're after some authentic Japanese food. I hope next time when I'm back in Ljubljana, I will still be able to come here.

Amazing!!! It took a while to find, easiest way is to just head for platform 12 underground and you’ll find this little hole in the wall serving up some of the best Japanese food you’ll find outside Japan! The octopus balls were addictive, the noodles dish were some of the tastiest I have ever had anywhere. The gentleman cooking was fast and efficient and such a nice person, this is a must visit in Ljubljana.

Absolutely a must visit place for all Japanese (street) food lovers in Slovenia! Always great takoyaki, karaage, weekly special offers (okonomiyaki etc.) - a rare chance to eat that tasty food that you daily meet in Japan, but hardly see abroad, where Japanese food is more or less limited to sushi and occasional ramen. Absolutely recommended!

Amazing authentic Takoyaki, really friendly service. The only negative thing to say is that the train station is not really a nice atmosphere. But you can take the food to go and that's not an issue.

So nostalgic! Haven't had Takoyaki this good in a long time. Price is also very good and the owner is so passionate. Highly recommend giving this a try of you have never had it as a snack. Sadly no karaage (fried chicken) was available, but the quality of the Takoyaki more than made up for it. マスター、ほんまに美味しかったぞ~~~ また来るやで!!

Das Essen hier war wirklich lecker, insbesondere die japanische Suppe, die ich noch nie zuvor so köstlich gegessen habe. Das Personal war äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend. Ich fühlte mich sehr geschätzt und geehrt, hier zu essen. Im Vergleich zu anderen Orten, an denen ich bisher gelebt habe, wurde ich hier als Kunde noch nie so höflich und freundlich bedient.

Been here numerous times when I’m taking train from Ljubljana. Definitely a must-try if you’re a takoyaki fan! Haven’t been to Japan, but my Japanese friend once swore that it’s pretty close to the original.
