The Security Coordination Centre (SCC) is a pivotal organization based in Belgrade, Serbia, dedicated to enhancing the safety and coordination of Transmission System Operators (TSOs) across South East Europe. Established to address the operational complexities highlighted in ENTSO-E’s Policy Paper on future TSO coordination, SCC plays a crucial role in improving power system security and efficiency.

Mission and Vision

SCC aims to develop essential services that comply with the standards set by ENTSO-E, fostering a collaborative atmosphere among TSOs. The ultimate goal is to optimize resource usage, thereby enhancing the reliability and safety of power delivery across the region.
