Horrible, really horrible food. Borderline inedible. My companion and I tried four different "Mexican" dishes. If you ever tried real Mexican food or TexMex you will understand this review. Keep your distance if you want to experience a foreign culinary experience. The service is OK and the place could be a bit noisy, but the setting is nice, well decorated and very clean, like most of restaurants in Ljubljana.

We were quite underwhelmed, one of the dishes was filled with vegetables that were obviously not cooked (zuchini, mushroom, onion) and the waiter was insisting that's how it's supposed to be. Overall would not really recommend, there's better food to be had in Ljubljana.

Great find. Not that it's a hidden location. But still a find for us. We were keen on having mexican for the evening but decided to go for a different restaurant this time and decided to try Joe's. I never thought I'd pay 13eur for a bowl of guacamole, but it's practically an experience they are serving. It's not just any old guac from a pre-made tub. So, no regrets there. I liked the size of the finger food portions. Also, I'm a big fan of margaritas; this time I went for the Joe's frozen, but according to the reviews I should go back for other flavours as well. We also couldn't try any desserts, so there's another reason to go back next time we're in Ljub.
