Spędziliśmy 6 dni w tym obiekcie. Miła Pani objaśniła nam wszystko co do apartamentu, okolicznych miejsc wartych zobaczenia i najlepszych z najlepszych restauracji. Mieliśmy auto więc parking był na terenie co jest mega udogodnieniem przy tych wąskich uliczkach. Apartament z pięknym widokiem. Jacuzzi na balkonie dla własnej dyspozycji. Apartament już czekał na nas w włączoną klimatyzacją co jest mega dużym plusem po podróży w upale ponad 35 stopni. Czysto, pachnąco w całym obiekcie. Super spędzone dni pod każdym względem. Polecam w pełni obiekt i dziękuję właścicielom za urocze chwile w ich obiekcie.

Icy House – Dubrovnik (4-night stay) I stayed at Icy House in Dubrovnik for four nights and overall, it was a pleasant and memorable experience — especially thanks to the incredibly warm and kind host, Mr. Mato. From the moment I arrived, he made me feel welcome. He’s a genuine and sympathetic man who shares the property with his seven cats, all of which he rescued from a nearby trash bin years ago. The cats now freely roam the complex, adding charm and a sense of homeliness. There’s also a sweet little turtle in the garden that enjoys snacking on pineapple and melon — a lovely touch of nature. The rooms were smaller than I expected, but it didn’t really take away from the overall comfort. The bed was decent, and the shower was surprisingly excellent — strong pressure and very relaxing, even though the bathroom itself was on the compact side. The house has a shared kitchen area, which felt a bit like being in a “Big Brother” setting at first — sharing the space with other guests took some getting used to. That said, everyone kept to themselves and it was generally peaceful. Sauna and fitness room were also available and free to use. Getting to Old Town was easy: Uber rides were available quickly and cost just over €8 one way. If you're driving, be aware that the roads leading to the house are narrow and winding — typical for Dubrovnik's hilly terrain, so drive carefully. In the end, Icy House gave me a cozy and heartwarming stay. What stood out the most was Mr. Mato hospitality, his love for animals, and the quiet, homey feel of the place. If you're looking for a simple but welcoming base to explore Dubrovnik, this is definitely worth considering.

The hotel is better than it looks in the pictures. The bed is super comfy and high, and they even provide two types of pillows. Everything feels very crean and cozy. The location is also very convenient, just 15 walk to the old town and 20 to the other side of the city. The receptionist is really kind and helpful too.

Service was excellent, they couldn't have done any more for us. Thank you. Amazing sunset views from the car park too.
