An absolutely wonderful stay with sublime service and hospitality. The staff and owners are extremely friendly and the hotel is stylish, very comfortable and extremely clean. Staff went above and beyond to make my wife's birthday extremely special. Worth every penny... and more.
Very nice hotel within walking distance of zadar centre. |Very nice spacious, clean rooms.|Excellent pool with sufficient poolside seating. Fresh towels provided daily.|Nice buffet style breakfast with free-range eggs cooked to order. ||Points to note:|Managers / owners should refrain from using the dining area for operational matters and discussions. This Is very alkward and uncomfortable for guests attending the buffet. ||Room service need to pay a little more attention to detail replenishing the tea/coffee & milk in the rooms. This was repeatedly forgotten. ||Would recommend this hotel for a stay however despite areas for improving.

Nice hotel at good location. The room was clean and quite comfortable. The front deck people were friendly and helpful. The bar staff was friendly as well, but the drinks were sort of basic. The breakfast was unremarkable. Overall, the cons were the good service and location, otherwise nothing special. I thought it was a good value too.

Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter , vor allem Josip hat mich auf deutsch nett empfangen. Zimmer 203 A ist schön, 2 Balkone ,aber nur knapp Meerblick. Frühstück ab 07 Uhr, man kann dann frisch seine Eierspeise auf der Karte wählen! Sehr angenehm sind die ausreichenden Parkplätze. Toll, viele Steckdosen.

Wonderful hotel! They accomodated us last minute as our original stay(right opposite to this one) had a malfunction with their AC unit and we just checked out from there. Love their service. Zoran, the front desk manager, is really a gem.

Ein echtes Schmuckstück in Zadar! Das Hotel Miramare überzeugt mit stilvollen Zimmern und herzlicher Gastfreundschaft. Auch das Hotel Restaurant ist ein Highlight – kreative Küche mit frischen Zutaten und tollem Service. Die Lage ist perfekt, nicht weit von der Altstadt und Zadar's Sehenswürdigkeiten. Klare Empfehlung!

Ich war nicht im Hotel – aber leider reichte schon der Kontakt mit dem “Kundenservice”, um eine Bewertung zu schreiben. Musste meine Buchung leider kurzfristig stornieren, weil ein Familienmitglied krank wurde. Es war Nebensaison (Anfang April), das Hotel war sicher nicht ausgebucht. Ich habe nicht um eine Rückzahlung gebeten, sondern einfach höflich gefragt, ob es möglich wäre, mir z. B. eine Gutschrift für eine spätere Buchung anzubieten. Die Antwort: Nein. Der volle Betrag wurde einbehalten. Als „Entgegenkommen“ wurde mir 10 % Rabatt auf eine zukünftige Buchung angeboten. Ehrlich jetzt?! Ich hatte vor, das nächste Mal mit meiner Familie zu kommen – ein längerer Aufenthalt mit mehreren Personen. Aber nach dieser Erfahrung sehe ich dafür keinen Anlass mehr. Wenn schon der erste Kontakt so unpersönlich und unflexibel abläuft, erwarte ich mir vom restlichen Service leider auch nicht viel mehr. Fazit: Für mich ein Beispiel dafür, wie kurzfristiges Denken und starre Regeln wichtiger sind als echte Kundenbindung. Schade – mit ein bisschen Entgegenkommen wäre das eine ganz andere Geschichte geworden. ----------------------------------------------------------------------- Reacting on your false answer I am happy to reply below: Dear Miramare Team, Since you position yourselves as a boutique hotel, I find it surprising that a basic level of friendliness and professionalism seems too much to ask. Starting a message with a proper salutation and sticking to the truth shouldn’t be optional. To set the record straight: I called the same evening the incident occurred, informed your colleague that I wouldn’t be coming as planned, and was referred to your sales team. So yes — I got back to you at my earliest convenience, considering my private situation. Claiming otherwise is simply untrue. And just as a reminder: unhappy customers cost more than several happy ones. These are marketing and service basics.

Prenotato per due giorni ma ci siamo trovati cosi' bene che abbiamo confermato per altri due giorni. Struttura top in tutto personale gentilissimo . Colazione super e titolare della strittura persona super cordiale . Ci ha riconosciuto un'ulteriore sconto sul prezzo. Torneremo sicuramente!!!!
