Our stay at the Miramare Hotel was an absolute blast! The staff is extraordinary friendly but sadly the woman who cleaned the rooms didn’t provide us new toilet paper and hasn’t changed the shampoo in the shower but this is only a little throwback. The interior design is very sleek and from a good taste, the toilets and pool were super clean. There are free towels for the pool but a little less sun loungers. Our highlights: the à la carte breakfast with fresh free-range eggs from the region and the cocktails at the bar. All in all we love to come back! It’s a rock solid and comfortable hotel.

Had a lovely stay at Miramare. The location was good, 15/20 mins walk from the old town along the coast, so it was quiet and out of the way. The pool and breakfast were lovely. Special shoutout to Shana, who was so friendly and kind. Thank you for a lovely stay ☺️

Wat een top service en vriendelijk personeel! De kamers zijn ruim en heel schoon. Het terras en het zwembad zijn sfeervol. De eigenaren zijn ook vriendelijk. Het eten in het hotel is heerlijk en echt 4 sterren waard. De locatie is top en maar 1 minuut lopen van het strand en 15 min van het centrum (de oude stad)

…. as world traveler I came to Zadar with no expectations, few things that I read and listened from people around me. I booked hotel and I came….. of course my flight had a major delay…. so I checked very late….. by my surprise the receptionist welcomed me with very polite and professional way plus restaurant made a “light” dishes make sure I don’t go sleep hangry🙏….. a clearly have to say a great management of hotel where owner is personally involved🎩🎯…. and you can meet him every morning at “doručak” and talk to him about things that you need or want. One more time I have point out very professional reception administration. I am sure I will use this hotel again and not only for vacation 👍🎩🥇

The hotel is situated at crossroads, very close to public beach, and to the city center. Unfortunately I would recommend this hotel only for one-night stay, as a longer stay may be dissappointing. Me personally stayed there for 6 nights, and it was not so comfortable as I hoped. The hotel is not operating their system of heating of towel racks in summer, and that means no possibility to dry our swimming suits. They changed towels every day but bathcoat was never changed. I had a standard room without a balcony, but I saw those rooms with balcony has no racks for drying as well. A bottle of water was in my room at entry, never resupplied. Breakfasts were very basic -- it is ok for one-night stay, but not for a person hoping to see options other day. Everyday was the same -- 2 kinds of cheese, 4 kinds of meat, some fruits and vegetables, some bakery, yoghurt, plus warm dishes per order -- some options of cooked eggs, and an oatmeal. Cooking is not their strong skill, neither bar.
The staff here are exceptional. Shana greeted us at reception so incredibly warmly and could not do enough for my friend and I during our stay. She was so warm, informative, nothing was too much trouble. We felt she really cared. My flight home wasn't until the evening and she looked after me superbly. Shana was genuinely one of the best hotel employees I have ever dealt with. Her male reception colleague was also excellent (I didn't catch his name unfortunately). I also met the owner of the hotel and it was so lovely to see him walking around and caring about the guest experience. Whilst this hotel isn't in the Old Town, it is only a short walk away and has everything that you wouldn't get in accommodation within the Old Town, like space and a great pool area. I would stay here again. |The restaurant staff were also delightful. A real example of how staff are everything and without them a hotel is nothing. Thank you Shana and colleagues!

Très bel hôtel, chambre très propre, très bien équipée, tout fonctionnait parfaitement ! Le personnel est vraiment très agréable,cque ce soit à la réception, dans les étages et au petit déjeuner ! (Nous n'avons pas testé le restaurant) Petit déjeuner bien garni, de bons produits frais, et une grande carte à disposition pour commander tout ce qui est oeufs, omelettes etc (sans supplément) L'hôtel est à quelques minutes de la mer et à un gros 1/4 d'heure à pieds du Vieux Zadar mais très agréable pour y aller en longeant la mer. L'hôtel dispose d'une belle piscine.

Tolles Hotel. Ganz großartiges Personal, sehr hilfsbereit. Toller Pool und tolles und sauberes Zimmer. Frühstück war okay. Super Lage. Das einzige nervige waren die ziemlich hellhörigen Zimmer und die Tauben beim Pool, aber das ist meckern auf hohem Niveau.
A very clean hotel with a small swimming pool area. It is next to a road so not ideal.|The hairdryer was very unsatisfactory and the plug sockets and mirrors are not positioned well in the room which made drying hair very difficult.|The breakfast is quite limited with small selection of fruit. The coffee was awful|so purchased from the bar (extra cost).|We were disappointed that the hotel|would not lend out towels for the beach.|It is a good 15 minutes walk to the old town where there are lots of restaurants. |We did eat one evening meal at the hotel. A very limited menu but the burgers are very good.
It’s a very luxurious hotel but internet constantly breaks. Horrible internet. But overall I loved the hotelllllllll

Wat een fantastich hotel! Lekker nieuw,mooie kamer, fijne bedden en een super ontbijt. Je kon al vanalles pakker van het buffet maar er was ook nog een menukaart. Eieren, spek, bagels met vanalles vers erop. Super!. Heerlijl dicht bij het strand en Zadar centrum is een half uurtje lopen. Wij vonden het een geweldige plek!

De eigenaar/uitbater is steeds aanwezig en steekt ook de handen uit mouwen. Iedereen is heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Als je dingen meldt wordt het meteen opgelost. Mooi zwembad aan het hotel. Het restaurant oogt mooi maar goed voor 1x.

Niestety nie mogę polecić tego miejsca. Osoby, które chcą mieć wybór w zakresie śniadania - jest on bardzo mały. Po godzinie 9:30 w bufecie brakuje podstawowych produktów a nawet sztućców oraz talerzy. Brak normalnej kawy - kawa zaparzana jest w termosie, który jest wątpliwej jakości. Pokoje na 3 piętrze są bardzo niskie i nie komfortowe nawet dla osób nie wysokich. W łazience prysznic walk-in znajduje się przy samych drzwiach, co powoduje nawet przy krótkim prysznicu rozlanie wody na całą łazienkę oraz korytarz. W pokoju nie ma również miejsca do wysuszenia rzeczy, w jest to jednak miejsce do którego przyjeżdża się w większości plażować oraz korzystać z wody :) Jednego dnia zdarzyła nam się sytuacja w której po powrocie do hotelu okazało się, że nasz pokój miał otwarte na oścież drzwi przez pół dnia. Po poinformowaniu recepcji dowiedzieliśmy się, że jeden gość to zgłosił, ale nikt z tym nic nie zrobił. Pokojówka twierdziła, że drzwi są otwarte bo „chyba są tam jacyś goście”. Naprawdę? W pokoju mieliśmy zostawione swoje osobiste rzeczy. To niedorzeczne, żeby personel nie zareagował i nie sprawdził tego np. osobiście lub na monitoringu! Szczerze nie polecam, zdecydowanie nie powinien mieć 4 gwiazdek.

Where do we begin! From the moment we arrived, Shana made our stay truly exceptional. She welcomed us with genuine warmth, helped us check in smoothly, and even created a personalized itinerary filled with excellent recommendations for restaurants, local spots, and must-see sights. The hotel itself was superb—our room was spacious, comfortable, and spotless. We also loved the location; tucked away in a calm and peaceful area, it offered the perfect retreat after a day of exploring. The breakfast offer was amazing—great variety, fresh ingredients, and something for every taste. And as our check-out was in the middle of the night, we were incredibly touched to receive a thoughtfully prepared lunch package to take with us. Such small details truly go a long way! A very special shoutout to Shana – your kindness, attentiveness, and warm energy made our experience unforgettable. You are truly the heart of this place. We’ll definitely be back.
