The woman at reception (red hair, forgot her name) was very unwelcoming which made for a bad start. The unavailability of a 'kiss&ride' to drop luggage is also not nice after long ride. Only public parking in square, next to dodgy square with public stinky toilet and homeless/drunks on street. Rooms were fine and so was breakfast with friendly service. Only terrible coffee from machine, if you want good coffee from the bar next to it you have to pay extra. All in all moderately ok, for 1 night. Location quite good. A lot of buses. Taxi from central bus station 7/8 euros. Room quote small but confortable. No frigobar, no coffee machine. Breakfast included in a very nice veranda. Staff this time very good. Rjieka-Fiume has few hotels and this may be' a reasonable solution.

Ottimo ristorante e camere molto pulite e silenziose, ottima posizione, personale gentilissimo e cordiale. C'è un bel bar per fermarsi a conversare la sera o la mattina.

Im Rahmen unserer Schiffsreise "mit Schiff und Bike durch die Kvarnerbucht" nächtigten wir Vortags im Hotel Continental in Rijeka.|Das renovierte Hotel liegt zentrumsnah zur Fussgängerzone mit den zahlreichen Shops und Restaurants.|Der Yachthafen ist fussnah erreichbar.|Die Zimmer sind geräumig und sauber, mit schöner Aussicht.|Das Frühstück-Buffett ist reichhaltig und ausgewogen.|Das Personal ist freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Служителите в хотела са много отзивчиви, но това не може да замести старите стаи, опитите да бъде прикрит мухала. Не получих стаята, за която бях заплатила. Цената, която заплатих не отговаря на качеството, което получих. За сметка на това закуската беше богата и разнообразна. Не бих отседнала отново там.

Highly recommend the restaurant. I’ve just had a gorgeous light lunch on the terrace. The new menu is beautifully presented, delicious and spot on for hot summer days. I had an avocado salad and “fritto misto” but forgot to take a photo!
