Zvao sam Bmw Tomić Rijeka jer mi je trebala od njih potvrda za uvoz vozila prvo ih nikako nisam mogao dobiti.Kada sam ih dobio rekli si mi neznamo mi to ne radimo zovite u Zagreb.Zovem u Zagreb Tomić naravno dva dana nitko se ne javlja na telefon.Treči dan sam ih dobio da bi mi rekli morate uplatiti prije 50e na naš br.računa pa čemo vam to poslati na mail.Istu tu informaciju su mi mogli dati u Bmw Tomić Rijeka.Nazovem i pitam za minija f55 2018 god 6 mj proizveden gumene tepihe on me traži šasiju vozila kao bez šasije vozila ni tepihe nemogu naručiti.Ja neznam što svaki mini f55 ima drugačije tepihe ili svijetla.Uglavnom nisam imao broj šasije uz sebe,a on me pravi budalom.Totalno sam razočaran njihovom uslugom imam osjećaj da im se neda raditi pa da gledaju samo da te skinu sa telefona!Sreća da je Slovenija blizu,jer moj Bmw u Tomić neće uči!!!

Wiemr sind zur Zeit im Urlaub hier in Kroatien .Problem bei unserem BMW ,Federbalk muss eingestellt werden ,sollten in drei Wochen wieder kommen (sind noch 1 1/2 Wochen hier )ist ja ein aktuelles Problem und hätten uns gewünscht das man uns dort helfen kann denn Logischerweise ist das Auto zu tief schlecht für die Rückfahrt nach Hause von 1000 km . Absolut schlechter Service BMW ?Bin ich so nicht gewohnt
