Sehr guter Kundenservice. Montags morgens, Ohne Termin und Voranmeldung direkt Unterstützung erhalten. Die Kommunikation auf deutsch lief problemlos. Die Mechaniker konnten den Fehler direkt finden und uns in der Werkstatt zeigen. Preis / Leistung Verhältnis ist super. Spezieller Dank geht raus an Mario. Das BMW Haus ist klar weiterzuempfehlen.

Radi problema sa kočionim sistemom svratio sam do servisa u 15:50. U 16:15 problem je otklonjen. Vrhunska profesionalnost, ljubaznost i efikasnost. Sve pohvale.

Motorradbereich mit Reifen für R1200GS auf Lager, die dann auch kurzfristig gewechselt wurden und somit die Mopedtour fortgesetzt werden konnte. Auto und Moped sind zwei Fillialen, aber keine 100m voneinander entfernt. Mopedservice befindet sich im Hinterhof.

Sehr freundlicher und vor allem kompetenter Service, so wie man es sich wünscht. Die Reise konnte trotz Panne aufgrund lagernder Teile und schneller Hilfe nach 2 Stunden weiter gehen. Danke an das Team und vor allem Herrn Matek Bojana.
