OK ou KOmobility ? Arnaque ! J’ai réservé une voiture de location OKMobility à l’aéroport de Dubrovnik via EasyJet pour une durée de 14j à compter du 24 mai 2025. Arrivé sur place, on me demande ma carte de crédit pour prise de garantie -ce qui est normal. Ce qui est anormal, c’est qu’au lieu de prendre une empreinte de la carte bancaire comme cela se pratique dans les autres commerces que ce soit hôteliers ou de location de voitures, ils demandaient impérativement plus de 1500 € de caution sur la réserve de crédit de ma carte. En clair un débit sur le crédit qui donnerait donc lieu à intérêts par ma banque. Mais n’ayant pas cette réserve de crédit sur ma carte, et pour éviter de ruiner mon voyage, j’ai dû souscrire une assurance supplémentaire de 500 € pour pouvoir obtenir un véhicule. Cette pratique de vente forcée d’assurance est scandaleuse dans la façon dont elle vous met au pied du mur et je ne saurais recommander à EasyJet que de couper les liens avec KOMobilitye

Réservation faite via l'application, tout s'est déroulé sans accroc. On nous a proposé soit une assurance à payer directement, soit un blocage de somme sur le compte bancaire, et nous avons choisi la deuxième option. La voiture était neuve et en parfait état ! Nous avons fait une vidéo avant de partir pour éviter tout malentendu, mais au final, aucun souci. Personnel sympa et détendu.

Worst experience I have ever had renting a car. I arrived on time to pick up my reserved car with 2 babies and wife waiting. When I arrived the girl working the front desk, who refused to give me her name told me that the car that I reserved is no longer available because they are sending it to their fleet, when the car was clearly in front of the kiosk. She proceeded to be extremely unprofessional, insulting and lacking any desire to help with the issue they had. She basically told me she does not have a car for me. I was lucky enough to find another place that had an automatics car, it was the only one. Stay away unless you want to just not have a car. All they want to do is use the car to sell to rent to someone else for more and make commission it seems, so they do not respect reservations ahead.

I booked the car 2 days ago. I picked up the car as the pick up time, but the store was closed. Then I tried to contact the company. A man answered the phone and told me no car available in a very rude manner. And I need to refund this by myself!! Now my money has been stolen for this. If you don’t want this rent disrupt your travel don’t choose this company. You cannot trust this company that don’t open the door during their office hour.
