Very good hotel and great stay. We stayed in jacuzzi room which i can imagine would be excellent for relaxing soak on a summer day.All key locations were within 20mins walk or less so this is a excellent location to go and visit pla es of interest. All of the staff were polite and happy to help. Very easy to book hotel transfer and ensuring rooms were clean and tidy. Recommend this as a great place to stay.

sabah 07.00’de otele geldik, check-in saatine kadar lobide beklemek istedik. ancak resepsiyon lobi yok dedi ve mekanlar kapalıydı. -3 derece soğukta saat 14.00’e kadar dışarda bekletip otele almadılar. ODA İNANILMAZ PİSTİ YATAK TOZ VE AKAR İÇİNDE. Alerjiden gözümü açamadım. Sabah uyandığımda bu tavandaki örümcek ile gözümü açtım. 2 gece kaldık temizlik yapılmadı. Sadece temiz?? havlu bırakmışlar. Çöpü bile almamışlardı. Bu kadar kötü bir hizmete bu puanı nasıl vermişler şoktayım. Tek avantajı konumu ama oradaki tek otel burası değil. Yakın konumdan başka bir otel bulun. Türk arkadaşlar sizin için yazdım, gelmeyin pişman olursunuz.

The price performance of the hotel is very good, I liked everything except the air conditioning. The ladies at the reception, especially Ms. Biljana, are very helpful. There are trams, buses and cafes around. The cleaning is very good, I recommend it to everyone.

Servis nije bio cemu, ali nije ni bilo potrebe da se cure za recepcijom keze i pretvaraju. Nije profesionalno da se unaprijed ne kaze cijena parkinga( rezervisali na bookingu), a kamoli da su predlozili free parking kojeg ima u izobilju, na chech outu su samo ispalili:4000 RSD doplate. Cak trpaju izvjesnu cokoladicu koju niko nije pojeo. Bruka. Cjenovnik minibara nije jasno istaknut.Higijena na zavidnom nivou, kupatilo bez trunke kamenca i nedaj Boze pljesni. Krevet udoban. Klima radi. 🤔Lokacija je vrhunska, uz navigaciju je sve blizu. U zgradi je trgovina, u blizini top turski restoran Kultura, te Halal restoran. Cio kvart vrvi od lokala, cijene povoljne, uredno sve. Zaista sve vrhunski izuzev odnosa prema gostu a vezano za Tarifnik. Radi ove sitnice cu razmisliti o novoj rezervaciji. Bas sam se osjecala ruzno….
