I spent a nice seven days with my family.||Check in at the Hotel, quickly and professionally with all the information.||The room is large and all in its place. Cleanliness impeccable.||I think we were a little lucky because the weather was beautiful. Warm during the day and comfortable to sleep at night.||We spent a lot of time walking, and wherever we go there are plenty of paths in the forest and lawns for walking. ||All pools were open, Hotel three and one outside - 100 meters from the Hotel.||And finally the food at the Hotel. We had half board - breakfast and dinner.||Breakfast was all self service, and dinner was salads and desserts self service, and the main course was served by the waiters.||The choice was remarkable. The chefs did their best to satisfy everyone's taste.

Well, well, well...so many expectations....but a bit deceiving. Globally, the whole place is fine : nice surroundings, quietness, large and clean swimming pool ans sauna facilities. In fact, service is lacking, especially if you consider Vitarium is a ****S hotel ! Rooms were ok, but barely different from adjacent **** hotel. But it is a complete disaster when is comes to food : noisy place, poor quality, buffet closing before expectied time, service is more than rude, it is inexistant. I could cope with it if the did not advertise the Vitarium as being a place where they "use local ingredients produced using certified organic or integrated methods". This is definitely not the way I felt...
