Attribuisco il massimo dei punti perché ho appezzato la gestione Eco di questa Struttura. Hotel molto bello, piscine coperte e scoperte con numerosi idrogetti struttura spettacolare! Saune numerose a pagamento con pacchetto extra. All inizio del soggiorno vengono forniti accappatoio e asciugamano che si conservano senza essere gettati a fine giornata con sperpero di lavanderie e ambiente. All occorrenza si può prendere altro asciugamano a 3 eu. Abbiamo preso la stanza con balcone vista fiume. Il fiume Savinja è bellissimo! Stanza Pulita e panoramica ottima biancheria e buon letto. La scelta ECO prevede l uso in cucina di prodotti dei fornitori locali. Ahimè le prelibatezze locali per gli italiani possono non essere il massimo! Carne comunque ottima! Indimenticabile il ragou di frutti di bosco. Il menù è a buffet , si alternano camerieri molto professionali a altri non professionali per non dire sgarbati forse assunti stagionali. Siamo stati molto bene torneremo!

Nažalost naše 3-satno kupanje na bazenu nije ostavilo baš dobar dojam. gospođa koja nam je prodala kartu za ulazak je bila jako neljubazna i nezainteresirana, nije nam objasnila ništa. Svlačionice su pune smeća i vode. Bazeni izgledaju ljepše na slikama nego što su uživo.

My review is only for the services of the Wellnes center. Given the standard of the hotel I would expect more. Massages are average, both thai and classical. Baths, I would really not recommend as the ad pictures are far from what you will get. A very basic jacuzzi bathtub with a snack in a room with no window. Manicure is average and not particularly detail oriented, using Indigo. Facials are the same. The most positive experience I had with staff which is extra helpful and professional.

Hallo, Wir haben drei Nächte in diesem Hotel verbracht und möchten unsere positive Erfahrung teilen. Der Empfang durch die freundliche blonde Dame war äußerst höflich und zuvorkommend. Vor Ort haben wir uns ohne Probleme oder Komplikationen für ein anderes Zimmer entschieden – wir empfehlen unbedingt, ein Zimmer mit Flussblick zu reservieren. Das gesamte Personal war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Essen war gut und ausreichend. Die Therme selbst war für uns, inklusive unseres dreijährigen Kindes, mehr als ausreichend. Es gibt viele Liegeflächen und bei der Gestaltung wurde auch an die Bedürfnisse von Kindern gedacht. Insgesamt war es ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Danke und Liebe Grüße.

We spent four amazing and very relaxing days in Thermana in July! It was a vacation that we needed as a family - to connect and have fun with our kids 🥰 Most of the time we spent in Thermal pools as well as playing Virtual Reality games! The new outdoor slides are amazing! Also this time we took chocolate massages for our kids and that was their first massage experience and they enjoyed it so much. We spent some time in Salt room to ease my husband allergies. Our apartment was spacious and the beds were so comfy (take one with hydro massage tub 🙌🏻)! The food is amazing and there are a lots of choice for everyone (Vegane, Ayurveda) If you are looking for place that will recharge your batteries fast than certainly choose Thermana Lasko ☺️

Pri vhodu v termalni park smo bili nemalo presenečeni, da je družinska vstopnina na torek 62 eurov namesto 46, ker upoštevajo čas počitnic kot vikend (se nismo čudili, da je bilo zelo malo obiskovalcev). Škoda, saj smo bili drugače zelo zadovoljni z bazeni, čistočo in okusno hrano.

Ottima esperienza sotto tutti i punti di vista. Hotel comodissimo, con un enorme parcheggio, stanza grande, comoda, vista fiume, silenziosa; piscine termali per tutti i gusti, cibo ottimo, buffet sia colazione che cena. Una favola per riposarsi. Raccomandatissimo

The hotel is at an excellent location, rooms are ok. The reception staff is great and helpful, while in the restaurant and cafe, the staff is only disturbed by the guests. Food is also kind of mediocre.

The surroundings are very beautiful and green, but this is the only positive thing I can say about this place. The rooms are outdated, the cleaningness needs higher standards, some of the staff are rude, food is low quality and few varierty. This hotel does not deserve 4 stars for sure!

Un grande complesso termale, decisamente scenico, con una cupola in vetro e acciaio che si apre e chiude. Innumerevoli le piscine, interne ed esterne con varie temperature per ogni esperienza. Ci sono anche diversi scivoli per cui ci si può divertire anche in quel senso, insomma un vero spasso.

Parco termale con hotel e spa annessi. Il parco termale ha piscine di varie dimensioni e con temperature diverse, presenti scivoli di varia altezza e due aree baby (una interna e una esterna). Camere dell’hotel ampie e familiari, bagno cieco ma con vasca comoda per lavare i bambini. Hall ampia e moderna. Abbiamo effettuato un massaggio mamma/figlia nella spa, prezzi giusti e relax assicurato! Mia figlia di 7 anni è rimasta felice. Presente in bar e un ristorante a buffet oltre che uno a la cart. Ottima colazione.

Air Conditioning Failure: The air conditioning in our room was non-functional. Despite reporting this issue, the blonde receptionist's response was both dismissive and arrogant, suggesting that the system only adjusts by 5 degrees. This is neither standard nor acceptable for a hotel of your purported caliber.||Incorrect Room Assignment: Upon arrival, we were assigned a room with separate beds instead of the double bed we booked via Booking.com. Receptionist Mitja attempted to charge us extra for the correct room, only conceding after we refused to pay the additional fee. Such mishandling and indifference are inexcusable.||Excessive Noise: Our room faced a busy road, subjecting us to incessant noise from trucks, trains, and cars throughout the night. The non-functional air conditioning left us in stifling heat, exacerbating the discomfort. Mitja's indifferent response was highly unsatisfactory.||Lack of Sound Insulation: The hotel lacked adequate soundproofing, allowing noise from neighboring rooms, including TVs, music, and even intimate activities, to disturb us late into the night. No effort was made to address or mitigate these disturbances.||Fee for Room Relocation: When we requested a quieter room due to the noise and faulty air conditioning, we were informed of a 5 € fee for a forest-facing room and an additional 20 € for cleaning. This policy is both shocking and unprofessional. Mitja's continued unhelpfulness and insistence on these fees were particularly frustrating.||Unfriendly Staff: The staff, particularly Mitja, displayed a consistently unfriendly and unprofessional demeanor. Mistakes with access cards further demonstrated a lack of competence and concern for guest comfort.||Uncomfortable Beds and Pillows: The beds and pillows were exceedingly uncomfortable, not meeting the expectations of a four-star hotel. Our complaints were ignored by the staff.||Unhelpful Café/Bar Staff: The café and bar staff ignored guests on the terrace, refusing to serve outside. When approached at the bar, their lazy response was unacceptable and unprofessional.||Air Conditioning Issues in the Second Room: Even after relocating, the air conditioning in the second room was also faulty. Maintenance staff required persistent prompting to fix the issue, which is not a task a guest should have to undertake.||Unhygienic Breakfast Practices: I was appalled to witness a waitress handling bread with bare hands after clearing used dishes. This practice is disgusting and inappropriate for a four-star hotel, posing significant health risks.||Substandard Coffee: On the second morning, the hotel shut down the bean grinder coffee machine, leaving only powdered coffee available. This is a cost-cutting measure unworthy of a four-star hotel.

**Overpriced hotel with zero standards - Avoid this place!** This hotel in Slovenia was the worst experience we've ever had. Absolutely do not recommend! - **Air conditioning does not work:** The room's air conditioning was broken. The unhelpful blonde receptionist arrogantly explained that it can only cool or heat by 5 degrees. Ridiculous and unacceptable. - **Wrong room:** We got a different room than booked. Receptionist Mitja wanted to charge extra for a double bed. After refusing, we reluctantly got the right room. This mistake and ignorance were unacceptable. - **Terrible noise:** The room faced a busy road, with trucks, trains, and cars keeping us awake. The air conditioning didn't work, leaving us in unbearable heat. Mitja offered no solution. - **No sound insulation:** We heard TVs, music, and even sex from neighboring rooms late into the night. Unacceptable! No apology or remedy from Mitja or the blonde receptionist. - **Relocation for a fee:** To change rooms due to noise and broken air conditioning, we had to pay 5 € for a forest-facing room and another 20 € for cleaning. Shockingly unprofessional. Mitja's unhelpful attitude continued, denying further moves without fees. - **Unfriendly staff:** Arrogant staff never apologized. When moving rooms, access cards were set wrong. Mitja repeatedly set them incorrectly. Incomprehensible and ignorant. - **Uncomfortable beds and pillows:** Beds and pillows were very uncomfortable, not meeting four-star standards. Complaints were ignored by staff, especially Mitja. - **Unhelpful café/bar staff:** Café and bar staff ignored guests on the terrace, refusing to serve outside. When ordering at the bar, they lazily said they'd bring it out. Unacceptable and unprofessional. - **Air conditioning in the second room:** Even in the second room, air conditioning didn't work. Maintenance visited but didn't fix it. I had to convince them it wasn't cooling. Only after insisting did they fix it. Not suitable for a four-star hotel. - **Unhygienic practices at breakfast:** I was horrified at breakfast when a young, brown-haired waitress with glasses transferred all the bread from one basket to another with her bare hands after clearing used dishes and cutlery from guests who had finished eating. No gloves, no tongs. Disgusting, inappropriate for a four-star hotel. This means that the bread had bacteria and fingerprints from all the people who had eaten up to that point and the waitress cleaned up after them. I do not understand why there are instructions everywhere on how to wash hands properly when the hotel fails in this simple step. - **Low-quality coffee:** On the second morning, the hotel turned off the bean grinder coffee machine, leaving only disgusting powdered coffee. Unworthy of a four-star hotel. This hotel is expensive, unprofessional, and absolutely does not meet any four-star standards. Avoid this place if you want to avoid similar disappointment and wasted money. Worst hotel experience in Slovenia!

The rooms are comfortable but the temperature was very hot. Inquired about maintainance but was told AC was out in entire hotel despite lobbies and our friends rooms were cooling. Ask to change rooms and was told no. That all rooms the same. Straight forward lie and did not want to be bothered. |The pool was full of young teens making out. |We made the best of it. |Food highly average. |Would not stay here again.|In fairness most employees other than front desk very nice.

L ho scelto in alternativa alle altre terme dove ero stato l anno scorso al balnea diversità notate il balnea costa di più e ha miglior camera però manca alla sera di zone di svago che qui a 10 minuti ce ne sono molte il cibo qui al termana è più buono come livello di piscine il reparto nudisti qui è molto più piccolo rispetto al balnea però qui ci sono più saune e la zona massaggio qui è più bella come la palestra qui è grande e ben fornita

Vrlo lijepe terme. Hrana je vrlo ukusna - švedski stol s velikim izborom. Hotel je jako lijepo uređen, uredan i čist. Osoblje je bilo vrlo ljubazno.
