Simply amazing! ❤️ Honestly, not even sure where to start with this. Firstly, the village of Semič is simply amazing for anyone wishing to experience the real Slovenia - that kind of Slovenia that we all see in movies. There is a real community vibe, with unlimited attractions to indulge in. Our favourites were definitely Krupa RIver, the Ice Age Cave, the World War II hospital and Smuk Castle. ||||Over to the hotel. We've had just an absolutely gorgeous experience staying at Hotel Smuk. The location is immaculate, with a beautiful view of the typical Slovenian houses. The staff were so welcoming and each one of them did their absolute best to make our stay as comfortable and memorable as possible. The room was spotless, with a really huge balcony to compliment it. The hotel also had a lounge area where we could do some work over a nice cup of coffee. Wi-fi is great everywhere. As you can imagine, breakfast was sublime and the hotel also has a restaurant which serves lunch and dinner. The hotel also has e-bikes which makes a great activity to just wander around and enjoy the surroundings. We couldn't have hoped for a better stay. Guys, thank you 🙏

I can't fault a thing about Hotel Smuk! Our stay was simply amazing - the customer service is exceptional, provided by incredibly friendly and helpful staff. The place is clean, lovely and spacious with very comfortable beds and a great Wi-Fi connection. The hotel has a great design, glorious food and a fantastic location with a breathtaking view of the houses on the hill. If you want to experience a true Slovenian stay, then you should visit! Ohh and just an hour walk away there is the most beautiful river, with the bluest and clearest water we have ever seen.
