Great hotel with a great people.nice rooms, comfortable and clean.the temperature in the room that i have received at the check-in was too small and because the heating sistem had some problems in that room, they changed me the room with another one where everything was perfect. i have mentioned before that i am intolerant to lactose and i asked them if is possible to help me with some margarin for the breakfast.And they made me a surprise and gave me 2 types of lactose free tartinable cheese, butter lactose free and lactose free milk.i would like to thanks them again and next time when i will go to Zagreb i will stay again there.

I am deeply disappointed with the lack of empathy and understanding shown by Santiny Hotel. We were travelers on a long road trip, crossing three different countries, and had specifically chosen this hotel as a decent stop along the way. Unfortunately, we had a tire accident in Austria, which delayed our arrival in Croatia and caused us to miss the opportunity to leave our dog at an animal service — everything was already closed by the time we reached the area. In an already stressful and difficult situation, with a damaged car tire and no alternatives available, we arrived late at Santiny Hotel only to be refused the room we had already booked and prepaid — simply because of our dog. While we fully understand and respect different hotel policies regarding pets, this was clearly an emergency. We were stranded, exhausted, and in desperate need of help, but instead of showing compassion or trying to find a solution, the hotel staff chose to turn us away. To make matters worse, they also refused to issue a refund for the room we had already paid for — a room they wouldn’t even let us use. The total lack of flexibility and humanity in this situation was shocking. Hospitality is not just about rules — it’s about understanding and helping people when they truly need it. Santiny Hotel failed in this regard, and I would strongly advise fellow travelers to think twice before booking here if they expect even a minimal level of care or support in difficult circumstances.
