Beautiful immaculate hotel in a stunning location in pretty Mlini. However, despite being perfect in many way the hotel and its staff lacked warmth and character, apart from our brilliant house keeper Sanja who was exceptional. Had staff employed her warmth and kindness our score would be a five.

A really lovely hotel in a great position. Very clean & comfortable. Rooms are spacious and well appointed. Staff are friendly and very helpful.|Be careful of the right hand lift it shuts very quickly. The hotel is very well placed for all the attractions of Mlini. |There is a large paved area in front which is used for parking. Unfortunately it is also used by local youths for cycling and e-scooters. So watch out for them as they will happily go straight through you. Bad enough but when a group decides to have a punch up as well it does rather spoil the atmosphere.|The Maistra has a sister hotel, the Astarea, a short distance away with an indoor & outdoor pool. It is also directly onto the beach. A really lovely setting. Be warned there are not enough free sunbeds around the pool for the number of guests so if you want a sunbed you will have to have one on the beach. Unfortunately, for some reason, the hotel charges for those beds which we always thought was a rip off and taking advantage of the fact they do not provide enough around the pool.|There is restaurant between the Maistra & Astarea; the Oleander which is very good.

I had previously stayed in this hotel before on a four country visit so didn't have time to see everything this resort had to offer.|I came back at the start of June 2025 with family and was very glad I did.||The transfer is only 20 minutes away from the airport and very easy to get to.|When you get there you have to go through the Astaria hotel which was no issue.||There was a buggy waiting to take your cases and whisk you off to reception. |The reception staff were very friendly and got you to your rooms right away.||Along the way the scenery is so nice and situated on the coast, they share the facilities with the Astaria such as the pool (indoor and out) a private section of the beach, has its own shop for things such as water, wine, beer, crisps etc.||The room was good with a balcony and the majority all have a sea view from the front.||The breakfast was very good and lots to choose from and it never ran out as they were topping up the food all of the time.|I liked the fact that with the normal juice there was also a selection of flavoured waters.||As being half board on this there is a lovely pizza restaurant right by the hotel which is asli fabulous.||Within a short walk along by the hotel there are also other pubs and restaurants and you can walk further into the town if you wish.||The dinners were different every day so they did cater for pretty much all nationalies. The drinks such as alcohol you do have to pay for but this is not an all inclusive so you expect that.||The breakfast and dinner staff were absolutely fantastic and very friendly and helpful, thank you if you are reading this !||So much more i could say including the sea boats you can get from the local harbour which take you into Dubrovnik, also Cavtat and a 3 island tour which we did take advantage of !||All in all a fabulous hotel in a lovely quiet location.|I will be back.

Overall we had a lovely stay here. It's in a beautiful spot on the sea front. Close to a handful of bars and restaurants and a short walk to Srebreno. The pool at the Asterea is nice, but gets busy by mid morning, so sun loungers are at a premium beyond this point. ||Rooms at the Hotel Mlini are lovely. Always kept clean. Beds are comfy and it's very quiet and peaceful. Some staff are friendly and attentive, the cleaning lady Sanja, some of the restaurant staff, including the restaurant manager are friendly and helpful, as is the male receptionist. I did not get the same level of welcome or helpfulness from some of the other reception staff unfortunately. We didn't receive notably bad service from them, but it was indifferent and could have been better. ||Overall we had a nice stay here. We liked Mlini a lot and it's proximity to nearby Cavtat and Dubrovnik. You can get water taxis or Ubers in this area. Would we return? Maybe, maybe not. We've stayed in better hotels. This one is small, clean and very well kept, but it didn't blow me away. We had a couple of issues during our stay, which I won't go into here, but it did taint our stay a little and left a slight bitter taste. That said, it is a nice hotel in a great position.

Beautiful hotel and surrounding area. However, the air conditioning did not work for our entire stay. They were made aware on day one. I had to ask for a fan on day two, which seemed like a chore for the staff. They offered us a standard room to move to but we had paid for a superior. I asked about the air con daily and was told it would be looked at. It never was. This heavily altered my rating for the hotel considering it was 30 degrees daily We were here for our honeymoon; I had requested a welcome package as a surprise for my partner. This was also missing on arrival.

Great location. Shares an indoor and outdoor pool with their sister hotel, which is less than 100 meters. The beach is stoney so I recommend beech shoes, if you don't have them, there's a small concession in the complex which sells them reasonably cheap. Boat/ taxi every 30 mins or so from outside the hotel, it's only €10 to Dubrovnik, get the 10 bus back or if you want a taxi use Uber, local returning taxi between quoted €35-40, Uber was €12 Would highly recommend the three island tour, tickets available outside hotel in marina

This is a beautiful hotel with wonderful attentive staff. I loved my big balcony over looking the amazing ocean, the pool is a water lovers dream and of course the beach is a jewel. Sanja was the most amazing housekeeping staff member I've ever had in my extensive travels. She greeted us everyday like we were family. It always started my day off with a big smile.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Mlini. The location was perfect, peaceful and not far from old town, especially ideal since we were traveling with our own car. Choosing to stay outside the busy city center turned out to be the best decision. The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming, and we were pleasantly surprised with a free room upgrade upon arrival with sea view. Truly a relaxing and pleasant experience. Highly recommended!

Wir haben hier eine sehr schöne Zeit verbracht. Die Zimmer sind groß, das Frühstück lecker und das Personal sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Zum Strand muss man nur über den Parkplatz gehen.

Sehr schönes Hotel, wunderbare Zimmer groß genug Dusche, Bad modern eingerichtet Bett war sehr bequem. Große Fenster mit Balkon schöne Aussicht. Insgesamt bin ich sehr zufrieden ein kleiner Haken. Man kann mit dem Hund nicht überall hin. Damit wird eine Gassirunde eine Herausforderung viele Restaurants in der Nähe aber auch im Hotel ist ein Restaurant. Das größte Frühstück war fantastisch.
