We absolutely loved this hotel. The staff are just lovely and the whole ambiance, setting and location are 5 out of 5.|Food was excellent … although coffee machine issues at breakfast were quite the norm. Breakfast itself was plentiful and lots of variety |Rooms were very nice and the shower was fabulous with plenty of pressure and hot water! |We had paid fir a room in the 3rd floor with a beautiful view of the harbour which we adored. This was well worth it in our opinion. |There were mostly sufficient amount of sun beds by the water - although this did seem the place of choice for all sun lovers as you got full sun all day however, the roof terrace was such a lovely peaceful retreat, especially late afternoons. Nice comfy seats in addition to sun beds. The swimming pool was shaded for part of the day but if you moved your bed you could maximise your sun time without moving your location. In any case definitely not a problem. The whole area was a joy to sit in and watch the boats come and go with a nice glass of vino. |The food in the evening was really nice but service could be a bit on the slow side… we were in no rush though and the staff were always busy and working with a smile so I was certainly not going to give them a hard time over anything. |We were on bandb but lots of other people did seem to be on half board which I gather was good value. We walked into the harbour on the other nights and found various lovely eateries. |All in all I would stay here again in a heart beat and have already recommended it to lots of people. |A truly wonderful experience… I’m sure we will be back ! 😊

Stayed here for 18 nights. Staff are all excellent* and couldn't be more helpful. They work so hard and were always smiling. ||Yes there are steps if you are on the upper levels (we were on the 1st level) so take this into account if you struggle with steps. ||Breakfast selection excellent... good selection of fresh fruit, cereals, yoghurts, nuts, seeds and dried fruits. Also cold meats, cheese, salad items, juices, iced water. A large selection to suit everyone and replenished regularly. However it would be better if they cooked eggs to order rather than eggs on hotplate which can make them a bit rubbery (very minor in the scheme of things). ||Room was very clean and the bed was amazingly comfortable and large (big thing for me to have a comfortable bed!). ||We stayed half board and the food was to an exceptional standard. The service was excellent. The only minor issue was that the menu never changed, so perhaps a 2 week rotating menu would be better. We ate out for several nights for a change, and they let us have lunch instead of dinner if we wanted that. However for anyone that likes fish... they can cook it properly (not overcooked) and it is beautifully fresh. ||I have seen some reviews regarding lack of sun... I can't understand this ! There are sunbeds and seating where you can be in the shade, but also in the area right next to next to the sea the sunbeds are in the full sun all day long ! There is also a sun deck at the top of the site, in full sun, though I appreciate there are a lot of steps to get to that. The area by the sea is a large area... loads of sunbeds... I would think at least one for every resident. There is direct access to the sea for swimming if you want to swim in the sea. You can also walk from the hotel to get to other bathing places for sea swimming. ||The bus service is efficient (ie on time) but not that regular so check the website/app for updates. We used buses during our stay - you can book via the app or just pay on the bus. ||If you want to visit Split the ferries from Supetar are very regular. Tip for Split when arriving on the ferry.... keep walking ! the better restaurants/bars are further along the front. The nearest to the ferry port are a bit burgers and chips fare. We had a great lunch at "The Bank" (octopus salad). Also please wear footwear like trainers, not flip flops. The old town area is very shiny/slippery underfoot (probably worn down with tourist traffic).||* re staff... really excellent, can't fault them at all. So friendly and attentive. One night I didn't feel that great so they brought my dinner up to my room (they don't do room service). ||Would stay at this hotel again in a heatbeat.

Honestly one of the most amazing hotels, the staff were soo friendly and attentive (definitely a big credit to the hotel) the room was very big, clean and modern with the most gorgeous views especially in the evening. Would highly recommend doing half board as the food was 10/10, 3 course meal served every night you just have to pay for your drinks. Location was good with the town being a 2 minute walk away with lots of bars/restaurants. Also good if you want to get the ferry to other islands or Split which is a 25 minute walk around the marina. More of a quiet town but perfect if you prefer more of a relaxed quiet time away.

This hotel is truly one of the most beautiful we’ve ever stayed in. The hotel room was overlooking the great view of the sea and boats coming and going. The staff were very friendly, they couldn’t do enough to help you and made us feel so welcome. The food and cocktail were excellent (we stayed half board- throughly recommend that). The sunbathing is a peaceful areas, there’s also access to the sea to swim in. Couldn’t recommend this hotel enough, we would love to visit again. If you’re looking for a peaceful and relaxing stay this is the hotel for you!

A lovely hotel with attentive and kind staff! A good selection of options on the half-board dinner menu and a good breakfast spread. The rooms are clean, modern and well maintained. The location is okay, it’s a 10-15 minute to the centre of Milna, which with only one route in/out of town got a bit repetitive. The hotel is next to the boat petrol station, this isn’t an issue for noise or fumes, but it can be quite busy on Fridays in particular. Finally, the hotel is at the end of the road and pathways, so there is little through traffic, so is in general quiet.

Ik keek er enorm naar uit om weer te verblijven in dit hotel. Mijn vorige ervaring was echt vijf sterren geweldige locatie, fijne sfeer en mooie kamers. Daarom des te teleurstellender hoe mijn tweede boeking nu verloopt.||Ik heb het volledige bedrag voor mijn verblijf overgemaakt, maar het hotel blijft volhouden dat er slechts €900 is betaald, terwijl ik duidelijk bewijs heb van de volledige betaling, inclusief de resterende €500. Mijn eerste e-mail hierover heb ik op 13 juni gestuurd en tot op heden wordt daar niet op gereageerd. Meerdere mails later en zelfs na telefonisch contact neemt niemand de verantwoordelijkheid om dit goed uit te zoeken.||Dit geeft me stress vlak voor mijn reis en als gast wil je gewoon met een gerust hart kunnen aankomen. Zeker omdat ik zelf ook reisadviseur ben en dit hotel wilde aanbevelen aan mijn klanten iets wat ik nu helaas moet heroverwegen.||Mijn advies aan toekomstige gasten: boek het hotel gerust, want het is prachtig, maar betaal liever niet in delen. Doe een volledige betaling in één keer of kies voor betaling bij aankomst, zodat je dit soort misverstanden voorkomt.||Hopelijk wordt dit nog opgelost, want het is zonde dat zo’n fijn hotel op deze manier met klanten omgaat.

My wife and I have just finished a week staying at the hotel, beautiful location, room was clean and well presented and the bed was so comfortable. Just want to thank all of the staff for their polite, friendly and professional approach to everything. Would definitely recommend it to anyone wanting a peaceful and relaxing holiday. The town is a 10 minute walk, the sea is very close and spectacularly blue, clear and warm and so inviting, it took a lot of will power not to jump in at every opportunity. Local restaurants serve great food at good prices and the locals were always polite and friendly. A special place filled with special people with great knowledge of what to do and where to go, even drawing on personal experience when talking about zlatni rat beach.

We stayed at Milna Ossam the first week of June. From the moment we arrived, we were enchanted. The staff were fantastic, always happy and couldn't do enough for you. On arrival there are a lot of steep steps to get up to reception, but if you leave your bags at the bottom they will get someone to carry them up for you. The hotel is built on a hillside and is compromised of terraced accommodation, with steps connecting each terrace. Be prepared to climb! We opted for a Seaview Balcony Room, so glad we did as the view was beautiful 😍 Our room was spotless, and the bed was sooo comfortable and was serviced daily. There is a swimming pool, but we opted to sunbath ( plenty of sunbeds )and swim in the sea, it was very relaxing, no loud music, just the lapping of the water and boats coming in and out of the Marina. The food was very good, and our waiter Dušan was excellent. We did find drinks expensive. We also had a massage which was amazing, and very reasonable. You can book a trip to Bol and Zlati Rat through the hotel for 35€ and the ferry links to Split and Havr are very good. If you are looking for a purely relaxing, quiet holiday, in a small hotel with beautiful scenery, sunsets and good food, this is an absolute gem!

Beautiful hotel to relax — you don’t even need to leave! It has direct beach access, an on-site restaurant, and a very quiet atmosphere, which makes it perfect for fully unwinding. We stayed for two nights as a couple and loved it — I would definitely come back, but next time with half-board included. The restaurant prices felt a bit high compared to the portion sizes. The food was of good quality, but the quantity was quite small. We ordered the beef for two, but in reality, it was only enough for one person. The service from the waiters and the entire staff was excellent — always friendly and attentive. A 10/10! The only downside is that if you're not very fit — like us — it can be a bit tough. We booked through Booking.com and were given a room on the 4th floor with no elevator. Honestly, it was quite a workout to go up and down those stairs! I would have loved to be on the second floor instead, especially since it’s a lot of stairs to go down to the beach and back up again.

Lovely hotel in a great location in quiet Milna, walking distance from the town with restaurants and bars. We stayed in a suite on the lower level which, while very spacious. Lacked privacy as people walked past the terrace constantly to get to the upper levels of the hotel. Our room was tucked away in the hotel and lacked any view. I would expect a hotel of this level to provide beach towels and free parking given the price. Great breakfast.

My favorite hotel in Brac! It’s an absolute gem! Lovely staff, excellent location and Milna is such a lovely small town. Restaurant Navigare and the other one first and closest are simply amazing. You can swim in the sea or rent som bikes and go off ti hidden gems. Hotel has the best atmosphere. Nice breakfast, excellent coffee
