프론트에서 동양인에 대한 차별이 심함. 한명 남자직원만 유독 심함.. 아름다운 장소에 갔는데 체크인부터 기분상함. 건물 뒤편에 주차장 있음.

It is very disappointing when you really look forward to a well earned holiday and the hotel is disappointing. It is very hard to see how this hotel could be rated as a 4*, it seems far closer to a 3. We paid for a balcony and a lake view thinking it would be picturesque. However, the lake was in the distance with a concrete shopping centre and car park in between. Little the hotel can do but highly deceptive and far from picturesque! It is beside a main road and the traffic noise was incessant. Good job we had A/C and could close the doors at night! The room was very 'tired', musty smelling and with shabby, well worn furniture. The sofa on the balcony was like something post war and had clearly seen better days! The bathroom was very cramped and once again needed a complete overhaul. Toiletries were minimal with hair, hand and body wash all in one - no conditioner! Even the staff admitted it needed updating. On the plus side the breakfast was good with a wide choice and very nicely presented. Lake Bled is stunning with amazing landscape, just pick a different hotel!

Hotel sehr in die Jahre gekommen, sehr alte und schäbige Zimmer. Eher ein altes Hostel, aber sicher nicht Kategorie eines Hotels- erst recht nicht 4Sterne. Infrastruktur/Hotel look-like aus 1970er Jahren. Beschämend, dass ein Hotel an dieser Lage und solxh einem Besucherpotential so vergammelt gelassen wird.

Today i went for a dinner in Hotel Lovec Resaturan. My dinner was nothing special but ok. Well different story was service. The waitresses who served me registered me only when was time to order food and to pay. My plate from wellcome was on the table when i had my main course on the table. So the waitresses was so unattended. Ambiance is nice. But because of waitresses i wouldn't recommend this place to no one.

We were very disappointed in this hotel. It was advertised as 4 star superior. I would not give it a 3 star rating. We paid for a superior room with a Lake view. The lake view was over the top of an underground carpark. The furniture was all very shabby. Coffee table had a large chip out of it. The balcony only had room for one chair. Also there were loose tiles on bottom of wall on veranda.The doors of the shower didn't close properly and so floor flooded every time shower was used. Also shower tray was blocked and kept flooding. Reported this and was fixed but doors not closing again after a day. Hairdryer overheated after using for a minute. Was told to let it cool down. It was a very basic hairdryer. Also the toiletries were of a very poor standard . |Returned to room one evening to find room had not been serviced. Reported this and later when we went for dinner towels were changed but bed not made and room not cleaned.|We were celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary and had booked as we thought superior hotels. We were very disappointed as lake Bled was the highlight of our trip

Despite your hotel being rated as a 4-star establishment, my experience did not meet the expected standards, particularly for the price of 200 EUR per night with breakfast, that was exactly the same every day without many variety. First, the room I was assigned had several issues. The power sockets on one side of the bed were not working, and the shower cabin in the bathroom was exceptionally small with a leaking shower head. Additionally, the room had a door leading to a small entrance hallway, which was a significant nuisance given the limited space; the door was in the way whenever it was opened. Furthermore, I had booked a "Lake view room," but instead of a scenic view, I was greeted with a view of a loading dock and the parking lot of the marketplace across the street. This was highly misleading and disappointing it's more of a half lake view. Additionally, I was surprised to learn that parking in the hotel's garage incurs an additional fee of 25 EUR per day. Given the already high room rate, I found this additional charge unreasonable. Lastly, the swimming pool, which was advertised as a key amenity, turned out to be more of an oversized tub rather than a proper pool and should not be advertised as such. Overall, I expected much more from a 4-star hotel, especially at such a high price point. I hope you will address these issues to ensure that future guests do not have a similar experience

Good location. This hotel caters to tour groups. Air conditioning was not working while we were there, no real effort was being made by management to fix it, so choose another place if air conditioning is a big factor for you. The staff in the dining room was friendly and helpful at breakfast.

I expected a lot more at the price point of nearly 300 Euros a night for the room. We stayed at a luxury hotel in Austria at close to half the price and everything was neat and tidy. At Lovec the cleanliness is great and the staff are professional. The view is excellent (if you choose the right room category) and the hotel is close to the main tourist attractions. The downside is that the hotel is quite dated with significant wear and tear almost everywhere. At close to 300 EUR a night, that's just not ok. Everything up to maybe 180 Euros would be an ok price for the quality. Breakfast is great though.

The air conditioner doesn't work and they were reluctant to move us to another room. The front desk gentleman at first did not want to offer another room. I returned to the front desk and asked again for another room. The room he showed me was too hot as well. Their system is outdated. Go elsewhere. Not happy at all very disappointed in this hotel

The hotel is a bit dated but nice. The staff is polite and helpful. Parking is available in front of the hotel or in the garage below the hotel. The rooms are spacious and we had an exceptional lake view. Breakfast was tasty and there was a nice choice of food.

Having stayed here when we visited Bled a couple of years ago, we decided to stay here again due to it being good value for money and good location. The staff are friendly and helpful and the breakfast has a good selection with plenty to offer all tastes and dietary requirements. The rooms are nice size, comfy bed and good quality bedding and all have balcony's which is lovely. Although, they are a little dated and the air con units are especially old and don't work well at all. The pool isn't huge but a nice size and good jacuzzi, steam room and sauna's. Would recommend to anyone needing a well located place in Bled

Friendly stuff and convenient location. The amenities are understandably a bit old, but clean and well-maintained. The balcony is nice.

I had to organize a business trip to Bled in great haste and fortunately found availability at this little hotel in a central location in Bled. It was a very pleasant surprise. Friendly service and a VERY comfortable room, with wonderful sleeping quality (you simply don't hear anything outside) and a great shower, plus a large TV with very good international channel selection. Great varied breakfast options and a large indoor heated pool with hydro complete the great experience of staying here. Highly recommended.

Excellent Hotel stay for visiting Lake Bled. Comfortable and Clean Room with Lake View |Very good Breakfast plenty of Choice. Staff very helpful. Only disappointment was evening buffet served in sister hotel Kompass next door. We gave this a try as Breakfast was so good in Lovek Hotel. Would definitely stay again.
