We loved our stay at Hotel Heritage. The staff were incredibly nice and showed immense hospitality and attention to detail. The breakfast offering was lovely and very well-kept and refreshed. Overall the service was top notch. You can't really beat the location either - just step out of the hotel and you are in the very heart of Ljubljana! Would absolutely stay again! Hvala : )

Great experience! Cosy rooms, very professional staff, great breakfast, and elegant/premium touches. The beds (great quality mattress and bedding) and shower were especially wonderful. We booked directly with the hotel for the best rate.

Kleines, feines Hotel in bester Lage und mit spannenden Geschichten hinter seinen historischen Mauern. Erstklassige Zimmer sowie äußerst zuvorkommende Eigentümer und MitarbeiterInnen. Top-Verhältnis zwischen Preis und Leistung. Absolute Empfehlung für einen Aufenthalt in Ljubliana!

The staff and service at this hotel can't be beat. The people are very kind to their guests and nothing was ever too much trouble for them. Amazing, helpful and professional from the owners, reception, breakfast staff to housekeeping! Breakfast was among the best I have ever had with a wide range of options. (Lots of home made goodies, baked by the staff and the owner). Yumm!! The hotel is really beautifully decorated. Beautiful and extremely clean room!! The location of the hotel is just perfect!! Located right in the heart of the city, within walking distance to many of the main attractions and a number of bars and restaurants. Hotel Heritage is simply one of those hotels you wouldn’t mind going back to again and again if you are ever in Ljubljana. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who may be considering a stay in Ljubljana. You won’t be disappointed!! ❤️

Das Heritage Hotel ist komplett neu, und sehr schick eingerichtet. Es liegt sehr zentral gelegen (in 10 Minuten zu Fuß ist man überall), die Details in der Einrichtung sind toll durchgeführt und es ist sehr spannend, die Geschichte des Hauses im Inneren zu entdecken. Die Zimmer sind groß und komfortabel eingerichtet. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam, alle sprechen Englisch, auch glutenfrei beim Frühstück ist kein Problem (es gibt an dem großen Buffet nicht nur glutenfreies Brot, sondern noch andere Optionen). Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen sehr gerne wieder!
