Terrible experience – avoid at all costs!||My wife and I stayed at Hotel Fala in Zagreb on July 24th, 2024, and it was hands down the worst hotel experience we've ever had.||The room was disgusting. The bedding had dead insects in it, and the entire space felt dirty and neglected. There was zero privacy – a small window shutter facing the hallway couldn't be properly closed, which meant anyone walking by could literally look straight into our room. It was incredibly uncomfortable and completely unacceptable, especially after a long and exhausting journey. We were hoping to rest, but instead we were horrified.||We didn’t even spend the night. After seeing the state of the room, we immediately returned the keys at the reception and checked into another hotel nearby – which cost a bit more but was infinitely better.||To make things worse, Booking.com reached out to the hotel multiple times requesting a refund on our behalf. It’s now almost a year later, and despite several reminders, Hotel Fala has done absolutely nothing. No refund, no apology, no accountability. Just silence.||This place is a joke. It’s not worth a single cent. If you're considering staying here – don’t. Spend 10 or 20 euros more on a proper hotel and save yourself the stress, discomfort, and frustration. I wouldn't recommend Hotel Fala to my worst enemy.||You've been warned.

We are a band from New Orleans Louisiana. This was our second stay at this hotel as it is near the music club where we perform. The property is beautifully surrounded with small gardens, and the outdoor breakfast area shaded with Kiwi vines. The patio outside of our room was very nice in the morning, and the staff were very kind and hospitable. When we are in Zagreb, this is home ❤️

Отель хороший, завтрак вкусный, персонал вежливый, однако окно номера, выходящее в коридор, обескураживает… ночью было шумно, будто двигали мебель, громко смеялись и включали свет в коридоре, что мешало спать. В остальном нареканий нет

Er is geen airco en de rolluiken werken niet. Het ontbijt was oke en voor de prijs was het te doen maar geen fijn hotel. Ook hebben ze geen tandenborstels of shampoo
