Pulizia che lascia desiderare, polvere , capelli (non miei) sul cuscino e sul lavandino, ma quello che mi ha dato tanto fastidio e il fatto che abbiamo chiesto se c'è parcheggio privato e ci hanno assicurato di si, invece arrivati in loco (mezzanotte) ci hanno mandato a parcheggiare in stazione al costo di 2, 50 .Anche la colazione non era granché. Per me pessimo, non degno di 4 stelle

Just like most guests have already mentioned in their review, the Hotel is located very convenient right in the center (old town) of the city. On food you can leave the Hotel and stroll through the streets of the town and enjoy one of many bars with seating areas outside (I am talking about summer time :)). Yes, the parking is an issue and if you are lucky -and your car not tooooo big- you will get one of only few parking lots behind the hotel that are not easy to find and only can be reached using some very narrow streets behind the Hotel. The Reception is open 24/7 and the staff was helpful. Not the most friendly person in town but maybe it was just not their day :). Now the room I had was very big and the windows were facing to the rear of the Hotel. It was not noisy and I did not hear any traffic or street noises. There was a small sofa in the room that can also be used as a additional bed and it was enough room to dance around. Unfortunately the interior was not very well decorated and it would be worth hiring someone with and eye for some details that will make the guests enjoy the rooms more. The bed was clean and comfy and the AC was working OK. The bathroom was also quit big and in my case did not show any problems with molt or dirt. Everything was in working order and I can recommend the place. Should you be staying there and you have some spare time, make sure to visit the big castle just outside of town! Very nice place and gives you a great view of the town and area.

Ci hanno rifilato una camera di ultimissima sottotetto. Un caldo atroce due luminarie al soffitto. Sporche tra l altro. Nonostante avessero almeno sei o sette sottotetti liberi ci hanno mollato nel peggiore. Gli avevamo chiesto una matrimoniale ci hanno dato un tugurio con due lettini. Fortunatamente dopo aver reclamato c'è l' hanno sostituita con una matrimoniale . Sempre sozza come l' altra ma leggermente meglio a livello estetico. Materassi orrendi, come taglieri. Sono ancora qui e nn vedo l' ora di andarmene. Fortuna che è un quattro stelle. Il peggior albergo che mi sia capitato finora.

It's a good looking (maybe toilets looks slightly from early XXI) hotel in the heart of Celje. Rooms are clean Reception desk is opened 24/7. Breakfast was really tasty and with nice food selection.

Our stay was ok May 9-10, 2023 Receptionist we asked 3 times for sauna every hour we call back to ask if it is ready he sad he forgit to turn on. Absurd!!!

Очень сильно изношенный отель. Всё требует обновления. Фурнитура 25 летней давности, часть стульев в ресторане заменена на офисные, кондиционеры пожелтели от старости, запах в отеле как в доме пожилой четы.
