Naja, 4 Sterne sind das nicht - 3 wenns hoch kommt. Zimmer war okay, nichts besonderes. Wifi "bescheiden", eher unbrauchbar. Frühstücksbuffet okay. Das erste mal das ich beim auschecken diskutieren musste ob das Zimmer bezahlt ist oder nicht. "Nur weil Sie eine Kreditkarte angeben heisst es nicht, dass es bezahlt ist"... Ja, es war im voraus über Booking und Kreditkarte bezahlt.

I just want to say Anita, the morning/day receptionist, was an absolute pleasure. She went above and beyond in her customer service, was always very helpful, understanding, friendly, and polite. The rooms themselves were great, (loved the bathrooms!), and the buffet breakfast included in the price of the room was delicious and plentiful. The location in Kranj is very central, with a bus to Ljubljana right out the front of the hotel. But really, the whole reason I wanted to write this review in the first place was to really complement Anita and so her manager knows how helpful she is. Keep her around forever she is 11/10 fantastic at her job. Thankyou for the great stay.

Geen airco, weinig bergruimte, buffet heel eentonig en beperkt tot soep, hoofdgerecht en 1 taartje. De volgende dag restjes verwerkt in de maaltijden. Geen aanrader voor lang verblijf

With a big parking lot right in front of the Hotel and a very central location, this Hotel is the perfect choice if you like to stay just a few nights in the area. From here I did some walking around town and enjoyed the old city center and the nice walk along the river. Hotel has many rooms and everything was provided. Air Conditioning in the room would be nice but we managed to find sleep even without AC. Friendly staff who likes to help where ever necessary.

Viesnīcas numuriņi viennozīmīgi neatbilst 4 zvaigznēm. Tā kā viesnīcā dzīvojām ceļojuma ietvaros un tās bija 5 naktis, par kurām bija samaksāta neteikšu, ka maza cena, tad lielu vilšanos radija tas, ka mēs ar mammu tikām ieliktas invalīdu numurā, kuram visas dušas u.t.t. bija piemērotas cilvēkiem ar speciālajām vajadzībām. Pirmajā reizē dodoties uz dušas telpu durvis aizcirtās un bija nepieciešami papildspēki, lai izkļūtu. Visas ierīces bija netīras, duša bija ar aizkariņu, kurš arī sen prasijās pēc nomaiņas, aiz spoguļa, uz palīgierīcēm bija redzami putekļi. Bija arī ļoti karsts laiks un nevienā numuriņā nebija ne kondicioniera, ne arī ledusskapja, par tējkannu pat nerunājot. Pozitīvi bija tas, ka dvieļi tika mainīti katru dienu un personāls bija ļoti laipns. Brokastu piedāvājums bija labs, bet visas 5 dienas pilnīgi viens un tas pats.

Szervezett út keretében jöttünk. 4 csillag de inkább csak 2. Nincs a szobákban légkondi mondván "Alpesi város, este hideg van" ma mondjuk 31fok volt este 7kor. Nincs hűtő, francia ágyas szoba 2 ágy osszetolva. A fürdőszobában Benzinkútra való Torck kezmoso és tusfurdo adagoló! Ultra gáz! 12ezer ft/fő a vacsora, az ételek minősége inkább közepes, viszont inni csak önköltségen lehet. Egy literes ásványvíz 6euro, csapviz nincs! Ez a hely pont arra jó hogy valahol aludjunk és mosakodjunk, de vissza nem jövünk az biztos.
