This is my second time visiting this place in the last week. It was such a great experience. Tomas was our server and he was so attentive and kind to us. The view is unbeatable! You can choose from two sides to sit on, one facing the beach and the other facing the forest. The beach was absolutely beautiful but my personal favorite was the side facing the forest since it had a gorgeous pool. You can rent towels and take a dip. The drinks were delicious and their tacos were the best I had in Tulum! Thanks again Tomas ✨☀️

Positiv: sehr große Zimmer, Frühstück ok, Freundlichkeit der Rezeption Negativ: Zimmer unsauber (Haare auf dem Tisch, Fußboden nicht sauber, Staub auf Oberflächen, Urin auf der Toilette. Nach Zimmerwechsel: Tisch nicht sauber, staubig, Fußboden nicht sauber. Hygieneartikel im Bad nicht aufgefüllt (Serviettendose leer, usw.) Fazit: Für ein 4 Sternehotel zu diesem Preis erwartet man einfach Sauberkeit.

Hotel that seems to be popular with business people, work crews, and travelers. Clean and quiet with a nice continental breakfast. Underground parking. Staff is friendly. Close to the airport but in a bit of an industrial area, long walk to any restaurants but there is shopping fairly close. Rooms are big and clean. WiFi a bit spotty. For me, an average hotel
