The place is generally good but the standard is rather 4* minus. We were traveling 2+1 child, still there was just 2 towels in the room. One towel had its glory times behind as it has a hole. The parking place was additionally paid (8eur). We received welcome homemade drink (non alcoholic). The place is just next to ski slope. The breakfast was ok. The warm buffet did not look very appetizing (especially eggs).

As a skisport hotel, this has an amazing location but it's a bit left alone having any kind of summer vacation there. But as a hotel, it's great. Service is impeccable amd perfect and staff is amazing. Rooms are gode and clean, breakfast is very good indeed......it's definitely a hotel worth visiting. I can only imagine how amazing it will be during wintertime and it almost makes me wish to go on ski this winter...... And THAT takes a lot to get me there......🥶😉

Na pokoji nešla klimatizace(v noci na pokoji 30stupnu), rozlámaný rošt na přistýlce, nefunkční zásuvka u postele, čistota.Po stížnosti na recepci klima a postel opraveno.

호텔 앞 경사 있음 버스 주차 불가 드랍시 경사 주의 / 미니바 O , 커피포트X, 4층 객실 엘베 없음 , 엘베 1대 , 조식 7시 부터 가능 조식당 건너편 건물, 3플룸 없음, 와이파이 비번 있음, 식당 건물 커넥팅 됨

The hotel is generally very nice and have good location. BUT we got a room (002) on the ground floor, literally your room is in the lobby, you here all people talking like they are in your room. We came late just to sleepover and to continue our trip early in the morning. We couldn’t sleep, because every time somebody was passing we were waking up. I think this room should be cheaper and they should to warn you. On next day when we told them, they sad that they are sorry. Bad experience in beautiful hotel.
