We spent here a few days in 2018 winter time. The room was tidy and cozy. The breakfast was abundant. Receptionist was friendly and helpful.

This was our second stay in hotel Arena at the foot of Pohorje ski resort. We liked it the first time also, but this time was better. The hotel itself is pretty straght forward: smaller hotel, spaceous, well equipped rooms. It is run by very nice, enthusiastic staff. They serve great food also. But there is a very pleasant surprise just around the corner from reception: beautifully designed wellness with 4 saunas, ice room, cold pool and enough resting spaces, really quiet and enjoyable. This part of the hotel stands out as an unexpected gem. But during the summer it's closed, that's why we didn't try it the first time.||Liked it a lot!

This hotel has a great location but the service you get is definitely not you expect from 4* hotel. End what surprised me a lot was the the staff. 90% of them are students I guess. |In general, hotel is nice, you get what you need (nothing more).

Nice hotel with really nice staff, a spa with four or five saunas, infra red cabin and steam bath. Directly at the skiing pist and 80m from the bike park.
