Terrible stay. The bed was hard and uncomfortable, the blanket and towels were dirty, and the locker didn’t even work. Overall, poor facilities and zero comfort. Definitely not the place you want to stay.

Chambre conforme au descriptif, super propre, rue calme. Mais le 4* n’est pas au rendez-vous, c’est dommage. Concrètement, wifi non fonctionnant, câbles TV tombants, mini-frigo défectueux ( pas de froid) , moisissures joints de douches, absence de boîte mouchoir Sdb. Bref, beaucoup de choses qui ne sont pas traités, regrettable d’autant que le lieu est sympa.

Great hotel, situated very close to the city center and plenty of awesome restaurant options. Nice staff and welcoming staff. The room was large and clean but somewhat outdated with (very used) furniture. The room was a bit noisy but the ac worked very well.

Misleading, Unsafe, and Overpriced – Hotel Denied All Issues|We stayed at Hotel Heritage Palace Varoš – MAG Quaint & Elegant Boutique Hotels in Split, Croatia, and paid nearly €400 per night for what was described as a luxury room in a 4-star property. Unfortunately, our experience was far from luxurious—and deeply frustrating.|To start this leg of our trip, we had arranged for private transfer from the airport to the hotel through the hotel via Expedia. When we arrived at the airport, we discovered we did not have a driver waiting on us and were advised to take a taxi.|The room lacked basic security, including no safety bolt/chain on the door. Even more alarming, the main entrance to the building did not lock at all, meaning anyone from the street had access to the building at all hours.|Inside the room, furniture was damaged, including a broken lounge chair that made it impossible to sit anywhere except the bed. This is not acceptable for any hotel, let alone one marketed as “boutique” and “elegant.”|Additionally, most of the amenities advertised do not exist:|• No breakfast service|• No bar|• No coffee shop|• No fine dining restaurant|• No laundry facilities or dry-cleaning services (the hotel did recommend a public laundry about a 10 minute walk from the facility)|We reported all of these issues through Expedia, hoping for a fair resolution. However, the hotel responded by dismissing our complaints as false, which only added to the insult. We documented everything during our stay, and the hotel’s refusal to take responsibility or acknowledge the truth is incredibly unprofessional.|This experience felt like a bait-and-switch. If you’re considering booking this hotel based on its descriptions or star rating—don’t. It is not what it claims to be, and the management appears more interested in denying problems than fixing them.

I just spent a night in this amazing place, 100% would recommend to anybody. Very clean and very comfortable, both the bed and the location😁 and the people at the reception are so nice! Will definitely come back

older building that has been fully updated with modern amenities. Parking is paid and about 3 blocks away but the street it's on is very quiet so you won't get disturbed by the drunk crowds.

We stayed in cell block heritage for one night. This is important ROOM 006. This is across the road from the reception. First thing to hit us and it did! The most awful smell of damp. Sort of mde you heave. We checked in late so just accepted it for what it is, great location and affordable. So we simply stayed out as late as we could to minimise the time with the smell. When we did get back, it continued. Toilet seat cover feel off, no WiFi due to distance from reception and old brick building (phones too suffered) then no tv working other than audio. On the plus, lovely location, a friendly staff member checked us in and kept our bags late after checkout. However, please check what room you are getting as 006 is simply horrendous.

Thank you so much Inna for the wonderful stay at the Heritage Palace Varos. The hotel is a beautiful space and the rooms were very comfortable and quiet. Your hosting was absolutely impeccable. It was our best stay in Croatia and a perfect place to be for our final evening.

This hotel is exceptional. Before we arrived Inna communicated with us and offered hotel transfer. We already had arranged but it was nice to know. In a was great and put us in our rooms immediately. Our bags were left in Amsterdam … thanks KLM and when we learned of the arrival Inna helped get a car to transport me to retrieve our bags. The airline could not guarantee the arrival during the day. Inna and the hotel staff go above and beyond. The morning breakfast was amazing! Great variety. I would stay here again absolutely. The area is so quaint and beautiful. Thank you Inna and staff. We will miss you and Croatia!

I stayed here for three nights. This was one of the most unique and elegant hotels I have ever stayed. It is located in the old town, in the middle of a very quiet block. It is the heritage building, so it doesn't have a lift for your luggage. I really loved my room. The harmony of stone, wood, and fabric was so elegant, unique, romantic, and sophisticated. It was spacious also, so was the bathroom. The female staff who worked during my stay was friendly and kind. The disappointments were; The digital card key was not working, so I had to carry a traditional key with me; Sometimes there were no one at the reception although it was the daytime; The height of the lamp in the room was so low, it was very uncomfortable to read on the bed; The size of the refrigerator was too small; I could hear noise from the other room including some embarrassing sound. Despite these, I enjoyed the stay here.

What a gorgeous and charming property! The location was cute and quiet, the rooms were very clean, but the stand out here was the staff. The very lovely Inna made me feel like I was home from the moment I stepped in. Such a warm and kind welcome. She really made the whole experience one I will not forget. Thank you for the wonderful stay, I can’t wait to come back one day!
