주인 아저씨가 굉장히 무례하고 위협적이었습니다.|| 수건을 교체해달라고 하니까 슬로베니아어로 수건을 3개를 줬다고 한 5분 동안 고래고래 소리를 지르더군요.|| 한 번은 화장실 두루마리 화장지가 교체되었는데, 이상해 보였습니다. 풀었다가 다시 감은 것처럼 보여서 꺼림직했습니다. 그래서 화장지가 이상해 보인다고 교체해달라고 하니 아저씨가 또 화를 내면서 슬로베니아어로 소리를 질렀습니다. 옆에 있는 여직원은 모두 동일한 화장지를 쓴다고 교체를 안 해주었습니다.|| 방으로 돌아오고 몇 십분 뒤에 여직원이 새 손님과 함께 방 근처로 오길래, 다른 방 화장지와 비교해 달라고 요청했습니다. 그러자 여직원은 다른 방들이 모두 손님이 있어서 비교하지 못한다며 새 화장지로 교체해주었습니다. 매우 불쾌한 경험이었습니다.

The rooms are clean enough and essential services are a waranteed. In three nights we stayed there, towels have not been changed. It was hard to find people helping to solve problems at any time,although they have been very friendly with us. The zone is quite isolated from the city centre, although there are buses nearby. The wifi occasionally worked. Breakfast is not offered. The beds have not been made in there three days we have been there. We deem it quite expensive for the services provided.

We were travelling through Europe as part of an interrail program. We had a problem with our transport and we arrived later than expected. When we got there, there was nobody at the reception. We rang the intercom and a lady told us we couldn't come in and rest. So, we found ourselves at night in a foreign country and with nowhere to go to. We were walking around for hours until we found a place with available rooms to sleep. But the most unbelievable part of all was that they charged our credit card. Next day we went again to explain what happened and they treated us really bad and practically kicked us out of there. DO NOT EVER BOOK AT THIS PLACE. We stayed at several hostels through Europe, and we never had any problem in any of them, expect for this one. We felt really humiliated.

La locanda è all'essenziale, adatta a chi vuol visitare la città; la camera era pulita e confortevole; la location è buona a circa 15 minuti di camminata dal centro; molto apprezzato il parcheggio in loco gratuito dato che in città sono tutti a pagamento e molto cari; i gestori sono gentilissimi, ti fanno sentire proprio come a casa tua||||copertura wifi migliorabile

This is a great family-run guesthouse and the owners will treat you like one of their own. Whenever I went out in the morning, I was warmly greeted by some, or sometimes all, of the family. When I was leaving for the airport, they kindly arranged a shared van for me (about 9 Euros versus a much pricier taxi fare). I appreciate hosts that always look out for their guests.||My room was actually better than what you might expect from a budget accommodation. Though basic, it was spacious, comfortable and very clean. The guesthouse is in a residential area and there isn’t much nearby, aside from a few cafes and a supermarket. It’s about a 25 minute walk from the city center. Although the location isn’t the best, this was one of the cheapest private rooms I could find in Ljubljana and the service was exceptional.

This is a family-run guest house in a residential area, on the map it looks like it's fairly close to the railway station but the station has a large switching yard attached so it's a bit of a hike to get there, about 15-20 minutes walk. It's not a big deal if you're travelling light, but less easy if you've got a lot of luggage or it's raining. Also, being next to the rail yard, you need to keep the windows closed at night to keep the noise out.||||Apart from that it's a nice place, there's a small convenience store on the other side of the tracks where you can get food, and you can walk to the city centre in 15-20 minutes. It's really a tradeoff between price and convenience, you can get a more central location but you'll be paying a lot more for it.

We have chosen this geusthouse for transit - one night stop in Ljubljana in our way from Romania to France. Being a transit stop, the criteria of choice was the cheapest hotel in the city having a private bathroom. For this starting point, we have expected some minimalist conditions.||Surprisingly, we have found a very welcoming and helpful staff, giving us very useful advices on how to spend the evening in the city, a very clean room, a perfect location (20 minutes walking to the center), guarded private parking etc.||Next time we'll visit Ljubljana (and it is a town deserving a full visit, not just one night out) we'll stay at the same guesthouse, by choice this time.||Thank you

Please stay away from this hotel. Our beds were covered in bedbugs and we tried to change rooms in the middle of the night but nobody was around to help. We ended up sleeping on the floor. When we told the owners in the morning they shouted at us in Slovenian and the man got extremely angry and pushed my wife into the wall. Was a pretty awful experience and definately wouldnt recommend people to stay here.
