😊: Limpieza e instalaciones . Bonita vista.. 😢: Ubicación, un poco lejos del downtown.
😊: I needed a budget stay for one night and the Guest house offered just that. Nothing fancy, but everything one could need was there in good condition. There were two shared shower/toilets for 4 rooms. My room was not big, but it was big enough. And as I was there when temperatures were above 30dgrs in the shade, there was even a big AC in the room - which I very much appreciated. Everyone I met there was friendly and helpful..
😊: I liked the location. It was far from the old town but closer to a lot of nicer beaches that were easily walkable.. 😢: there was no divider on the floor between the shower and the rest of the bathroom so water would go everywhere while showering.

😊: La terrasse est très agréable et très fraîche. Un bel endroit entouré de jardin. Les hôtes sont très sympathiques et m'ont permis de laisser ma valise le jour de mon départ..

😊: Très bon rapport qualité prix pour une ville aux prix ridiculement chers comme Dubrovnik (ça c'est un autre débat) 25 min à pied de la vielle ville et 20 min de la gare routière / nouveau port. Les chambres sont petites mais fonctionnelles, avec une clim portative mais qui fait l'affaire, les toilettes et la salle de bain sont partagées mais elles sont propres. Le personnel est discret et arrangeant.
😊: Easy to find with clear instructions. The terrace was nice (please note the photos show terrace in full sun but there is a full shade over it now which is helpful). Sharing bathrooms were not as bad as expected and it’s 4 rooms to 2 bathrooms.. 😢: It seemed expensive for a very small, basic room with shared bathroom. A bit noisy with door slamming in the late evening. The most annoying thing was the number of messages sent beforehand by ‘direct booker’ with links that didn’t work or took me to incorrect places. All a bit too impersonal which was a shame..
😊: The host was nice. 😢: The bathroom was shared with other rooms and the shower was really easily flooded which made showers à bit complicated The parking situation was really complicated too. No parking in front of the house. If you are lucky you might find something on the main street but you have to pay ( 17€/day) minimum IF NOT MORE.

😊: Centralt läge nära till såväl gamla stan som till busstationen.. 😢: Svårt att komma fram med bil då parkering var en omöjlighet i högsäsong..

😊: Большая, удобная кровать. Красивый вид с балкона. В номере есть раковина, холодильник. Можно пользоваться микроволновкой , чайником и тостером на этаже. Рядом с жильём есть продуктовый магазин, пекарня со вкусной выпечкой. До пляжа минут 15 пешком. Остановка шатла из аэропорта тоже рядом. К апартаменту ведёт крутой подъем. Хорошо было бы уставшему путнику в жару найти в холодильнике бутылочку холодненькой воды. Это ещё больше подняло бы рейтинги хозяину.. 😢: Занавески в душе липнут к телу. После душа не нашла швабру воду убрать за собой с пола..

😊: Для своей цены хороший бюджетный вариант. Чисто, в комнате есть раковина, холодильник и мобильный кондиционер. В коридоре есть чайник и микроволновка, также есть отдельная кухня на улице. Рядом есть супермаркеты. 😢: Местоположение для не любителей ходить пешком не самое лучшее - находится на возвышенности и необходимо подниматься по крутым лестницам. До старого города и ближайшего пляжа Бельвью можно дойти пешком, но обратно нужно будет подниматься в гору.
😊: 非常に安い 値段の割に清潔で広い ベッドの寝心地も良かった. 😢: 旧市街地から遠いのでその点は不便。徒歩30分強。 事前に路線バス情報を調べておき、バス利用すれば快適に過ごせると思う。 現地に入ってしまうと情報が取りにくいので結局私は全て徒歩で移動しました。.
😊: Schöne Unterkunft in Dubrovnik. Es war alles sehr sauber und der Garten ist sehr schön. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit🙂.
😊: 物価激高のドゥブロヴニクでこの値段で泊まれる場所(ドミトリー以外で)はあまりないと思う。部屋やリネン類は清潔感あり。エアコンもよく効く。共同キッチンはいろいろ調味料も揃っており良かった。スーパーマーケットもすぐそばにあるので、自炊派の方にはお勧めのホテルです。. 😢: 旧市街へもバスターミナルへもバスのアクセスが悪く、徒歩またはタクシーで移動することになる(どちらも徒歩で20分くらいかかる)。あとコインランドリーも15分くらい歩く必要があります。.

😊: Chambre simple, petite terrasse et lavabo dans la chambre. 😢: Ne comptez pas sur les bus, surtout le N 8 que nous n avons jamais pu prendre à cause des horaires très peu fréquent. Supprimer dans le descriptif "navette aéroport " ce service n existe pas..

Tuvimos una estadía espectacular! Habitación cómoda, limpia y ordenada! El lugar muy bien ubicado, a escasos 10 metros de la parada del bus que te lleva al centró histórico! Recomendado!

Nocleg adekwatny do ceny, miły gospodarz dał nam pokój przed czasem już o godzinie 13.40, lokalizacja dobra, 15 minut piechotą od starówki, 10 minut od początku szlaku na Srd, do szczęścia zabrakło tylko telewizora ale byliśmy jedynie na dwie noce więc nam to nie przeszkadzało.
