飯店距離海濱長廊僅幾步之遙。 客房寬敞、能將兩個26吋行李箱展開、有陽臺、一台小冰箱，方便隨時享用冷飲、熱水壺；浴廁有浴缸，連續住2天房務員有來清洗馬桶及收拾垃圾。 飯店有游泳池-室外就有2個還有室內，我們僅在室奈外，還有健身房也有商店_可以採購泳裝還有另一家眼鏡商店。 我們在這裡獲得度假的樂趣。周邊餐廳林立，有超市。

Rooms were not very clean. I doubt if they actually clean their rooms. On the day of check-in I even saw a rotten apple in the fridge left by previous guests. Bug was found on the blanket and I got stuffy nose from allergy after one night of sleeping, which didn’t happen in other hotels during my trip in Croatia. I had to place my own towel on top on their pillows to alleviate that. No ventilation in the toilet at all. They use QR codes for telephone directory/ menu etc. but none of the codes worked, they were all expired links, so I had to personally get down to the reception to get help but some of the staff were not very helpful neither. The gym has a variety of equipment, but they were quite old and some of them didn’t really work. Overall not worth the price, got some good restaurants nearby though.

Abbiamo usufruito delle piscine e del lounge bar con un pass giornaliero in attesa di imbarcarci la sera sul traghetto. Esperienza molto rilassante a prezzi decisamente contenuti considerando il contesto (15 a persona, parcheggio incluso). Anche l'offerta del lounge bar molto interessante (insalate varie, toats, club sandwiches e hamburger) e con prezzi giusti. Lettini e ombrellone inclusi. Il posto è molto tranquillo e poco affollato. Alla fine puoi usare spogliatoi e docce della spa. Peccato che il giardino, molto bello, fosse chiuso per lavori.

The room was clean and serviced daily by the staff. The hotel is in a great location, and going out for dinner is often better than the hotel dinner options. Note that there is no room service available. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. There’s a lovely bar area, but be aware that water costs €4, which feels excessive when you can buy it in nearby shops for €0.75. Aside from the overpriced water, the hotel is very nice overall, with a beautiful pool area and a good gym. We really enjoyed our stay.

I travel a lot... this is probably my worst experience... the hotel is on a construction site, everything around is being renovated, the hotel itself is in scaffolding. The name has the word park! It's not a park - it's a big parking lot! The whole area is filled with cars - it's terrible!! The last straw was the lack of drinking water in the room - there is a machine with water at the reception for 8 euros per liter! This is simply unthinkable, I don't know what this price can be compared to? In Paris, in Michelin restaurants, water is cheaper!

Lovely place! Great location, (Bord walk near with a lot of restaurants and shop, beach near and always spaces a the pool) beautiful hotel and amazing staff/manager. Very good service. Buffet breakfast was very good and a lot of choices. I recommend!

Stayed here as part of a large group. The hotel is beautiful and is in a great area. |Rooms are lovely, would've preferred a sea view but still high floor was still good. Lots of shops, bars and restaurants close by. |There was a fridge but it wasn't up to much. Plenty of storage. Air-conditioning works well. Kettle available. Room was very comfortable. Decent mirrors. Small balcony area with 2 seats and a table. Bathroom was good, with a rainfall shower, and lower quite powerful showerhead. |There is a large restaurant, with a decent buffet breakfast available. Small shop and bar area available. There is a spa but didnt make use of it. Found the staff in that area a bit dismissive. They continued to talk in Croatian and ignored us standing there for a few minutes before eventually bothering to acknowledge us. Put me off booking with them. There is an indoor and outdoor pool area with decent pools if you are a lane swimmer. Plenty of beds available. There is also an outdoor bar, a swim-up bar, and an outdoor seating area for drinks and snacks. It is also possible to walk down. To the beach from the rear of the hotel. |The only downside is the building work that is currently ongoing on the site by the pool, and also to the other side of the hotel. Not much that can be done about it but not the most relaxing. I would visit this hotel again but probably not while that is ongoing.

Todella mahtava paikka sijaitsee lähellä kauppaa ja rantaa.Vanhaan kaupunkiin ei ole enempää kuin 3 kilometriä.Lähellä on myös todella paljon turisti kauppoja ja ravintoloita.Huoneet ovat mahtavia löytyy perus jääkaappi vedenkeitin ja terassi joka on hyvän kokoinen.Sängyt ovat todella pehmeät ja tyynyt ja peitot ovat mahtavat.Vessat ovat hienon näköiset ja meillä oli ainakin Kylpyamme suihku samassa.Huoneissa on myös hyvin tilaa liikkua.Altaat olivat mahtavat ja oli myös paljonauringon otto tuoleja.Suosittelen kaikille lämpimästi

Poslije razmisljanja o alternativi za ovu godinu, iskreno nisam bio spreman za riziko te sam odlucio na provjerenu adresu opet doci. Dubrovnik je carolija, Grand Hotel Park nudi sve sto nam treba da se ugodno osjecamo..👍🙏🏻🥂❤️

Horrendous building noise 7 days in a row , our room faced car park, cranes,cherry pickers Tui said some noise expected, but this was beyond acceptance

Room more than nice, hotel nicely located in Lapad section. Very nice promenade near by with lots of restaurants, bars, very lively
