The location is amazing! Close to the bus station, and a few minutes walk from the old city. The rooms were comfortable with a lot of body care products, and even a welcome message on the TV. The breakfast was soooo large, with many options and all very fresh. The staff were very friendly.

It was my first time in UHotel, which is overall a Great hotel. It is on a prime location in the city centre of Ljubljana, just a few steps from Preseren square. I really like their clean and spacious rooms with a castle views. Great place for car, nice heated pool, and great selection of food at the breakfast. The breakfast was amazing and delicious. I will definitely return again! Just a small part is that the room furniture is a bit old, could be a replaced with a modern

We did not have a nice experiance. We booked a suite and it was not as the pics from the web promised. Furniture is dated and you can see there was just a little makeover done. When we came to the floor, there were garbage bags infront of our room 🙄. Also it was 3 of us, but we only have towels, bathropes, slippers, glasses for 2. Like, really?! Oh and the mini bar ... only 1 beer, 2 colas, 2 water. Thats it! And when i asked at the reception why is that and that we are 3 people, they said its because of corona. Ok, i just dont get that. Cus at breakfast you get to serve yourself food. 🤔 so confusing and really not a good expwriance for a 4star hotel. Location of hotel is good thou. I would rather recommend another hotel, cus i aint coming back here. Ever.

Hotel je izvrstan po svim tockama, za svaku preporuku! Dorucak nas je najvise odusevio, ekstremno velik izbor i vrlo, vrlo ukusno! Cistoca hotela, bazena i soba, prostranost i udobnost, temperatura u sobama i bazenu je savrsena, jedina mala zamjerka ugodjaja je guzva na bazenu i sauni, ali u potpunosti shvacamo zasto je to tako... osoblje je profesionalno, ljubazno, nasmjeseno i uvijek dostupno! Lokacija hotela apsolutno savrsena!! Hvala vam na divnom iskustvu i sigurno cemo se vratiti opet!

Buon hotel nel cuore della città di Lubiana, fa parte del grand Hotel Union, di fatti molti servizi sono in comune, migliorerei il servizio in camera, un po’ approssimativo e l’accoglienza della reception, nel complesso una buona esperienza e un ricco buffet per la colazione (più scelta salta rispetto a quella dolce).

Bazen nije dostupan cijelo radno vrijeme sto uopce nije navedeno prilikom rezervacije hotela, te na ulasku u bazen pise da prima 17 ljudi istovremeno zbog covid situacije. Osoblje na bazenu jako neljubazno, zaposlenica nas jednom prilikom nije pustila tvrdeći da moze uci samo 14 ljudi, pa nema mjesta za mene, supruga i bebu, iako se u tom trenutku u bazenu nalazilo 5 osoba. Pohvale za jako ljubazne zaposlenike na recepciji, te odlican dorucak.
