The hotel was fantastic. Nice rooms, decor and eating areas. The service was mixed. Staff at the restaurant were great but staff at the reception were unfriendly. The location is not near any sights, even though it's stated as city centre.

Hilton Canopy in Zagrep ist überhaupt nicht zu empfehlen Leute. Es ist wichtig zu alarmieren für alle Gäste. Ich wollte mit meine Frau und Sohn den nacht hier in hotel verbringen. Wir haben für ein nacht fast 300 Euro bezahlt. Wir sind empfangen worden wo die Dame keine Ahnung hatte am hotel Eingang wo gearbeitet hat. Keine Interesse und schaute dicht nicht einmal in die Augen wen mann redete. Wir wolten ein extra bet für mein Sohn für das habe ich drei mall angerufen und verlangt. Es ist spät in der Nacht geworden und niemand wollte den Bett bringen und i h wurde neben meine Frau noch am Telefon beleidigt. Es tut mir leid aber wen mann in Hilton Mitarbeitern nicht lernt wie mann mit Gäste umgehen kann sollte man sich schämen. Ich komme bestimmt nicht mehr hier in Zagreb zu Hilton wo unanständig Personal hat.

Excellent location. Very nice room and bathroom. Very chic hotels with great character and good vibes. My congratulations go to Luka at the reception for welcoming us in a warmly and nice way. Very professional and knowledgeable. And also to Lea at the breakfast, always ready to help, focus on giving an excellent customer service.

Everything was great during our stay! The warm welcoming front desk at the hotel eased our start into our vacation. The ladies were totally helpful and made everything possible to give us a superb experience at the Canopy Hilton. We loved the room with its beautiful bathroom with the rain shower, the room service, the fridge in the room, the amenities in our room, the proximity to the nearest tram station, the proximity to the main station and the city center, the neighbouring small mall with the drugstore and the food stalls and the cinema. Just perfect no matter from which angle you look at it. We had a great start into our Croatia holidays and a superb hotel experience! What I must mention though is the USB-C power sockets. Please continue with this. Install them in all your hotels and all your rooms. Maybe it's something small but literally so powerful!

Perfect. We spent a week here with family. Staff fantastic.Rooms new, clean with all amentities.Comfort beds. Breakfast was fantastic. In main street but limited noise. Tram station just outside but if you like walking the main squate is just 15 min pleasant walking. We loved everything.

정말 최고의 호텔이었습니다! •위치, 객실 청결, 직원 친절도 모두 완벽했습니다. •2층과 4층에 정수기와 얼음 정수기가 있어 매우 편리했어요. •커피 머신 덕분에 아침마다 아이스 아메리카노를 즐길 수 있었습니다. •호텔 바로 앞에 트램 정류장, DM 마켓, 편의점이 있어 이동과 쇼핑이 아주 편리해요. •지하 1층에 짐 보관소, 샤워실, 화장실이 모두 잘 구비되어 있어 체크아웃 후에도 편하게 이용할 수 있습니다. (드라이기, 샴푸, 린스, 바디워시 모두 구비) 자그레브에 다시 온다면 무조건 다시 머물고 싶은 호텔 1순위입니다 !

We had a great one-night stay at Canopy Zagreb by Hilton. The reception staff were especially helpful — they checked us in early, printed our train tickets, and gave us a late checkout. The hotel had everything we needed: comfortable bed, good A/C, and water dispensers on two floors, which was a nice touch. Breakfast was excellent. All in all, a very pleasant and convenient stay!
